One of the great ironies about the Outlaw is that Colonials think it is a super-weapon, yet its one advantage, the extra 5 meters range, means that the shells are less likely to penetrate due to the distance debuff. It's RNG so I'm not saying that you were missing. You handled the Outlaw excellently and in its intended role as a flanking, mini-QRF vehicle rather than an assault tank, which is how most people use it.
Back on that patch, the outlaw was pretty overpowered. But all the collies had to do was field a stygian and two shot us. One to disable, one to kill. They only fielded about 3 in that whole war. Took them so many wars to figure it out, it got nerfed to the trailer version before they even really made good use of them

The cannoneer is at the mercy of the driver. Also, did you watch more than the first 30 second? There is flanking, qrf to the other side of the city and a jaunt over to cboot where we catch an even faster vic than us out of position...
Not every positions offers a good flank... and that tank is also the one with the most range which makes it great for tank lines, and hitting sturctures, and infantry and everything else basically
