grew up on a ford 600 I recommend third gear wide open when breaking roads when the snow is that deep.
Instead of driving into the snow bank, you should back into the snow bank. Then you can always get out because if you drive in. You got the weight of the front end sinking in an you cant back out.

Maybe a snow plow or blower would help instead of just driving in a deep snow?
