I don't have this with Green Goblin not seeing what he's all about. He became mad, obsessed with power. He attempted to sell to the military and they turned him down. So he turned on them and decided to use his science to become more and more powerful. He was a product of American capitalism and became a representative of the system himself as he became more and more fed by greed. His militaristic suit/gear and destruction of his own country reflects the politics. He takes aim at Spider-Man because he's a recruit, someone with powers equal to his own. Spider-Man is someone who could get in his way if not turned. Taking aim at Peter is important thematically. Norman has a connection to Peter and thinks that he can seduce him and become the father figure Peter didn't have. That's part of Peter's arc, turning down Norman and doing what Uncle Ben always told him to do. Peter didn't allow Norman to poison his mind and use power for selfish needs. Also, Sin City looks very nice. It does have great atmosphere and Mickey Rourke is great. It just has a lousy script.
41) Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014) 42) The Wolverine (2013) 43) Ant Man (2015) 44) Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) 45) The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
I still think Spider-Man 2002 has the best climax of any Spider-Man film. Raimi truly channeled the best of all his creative impulses and sensibilities into that finale.

I love that the logo at the beginning looks like the 80s TMNT show which I love

Maybe of the genre as well. It’s top 10 at least for climaxes.
Wait, Cap doesn't like Jessica Alba in Dark Angel?
Never saw that show.
