@@Johnnyblash123no they are not Bumblebee and ROTB happened in 80’s and 90’s. The bay verse happened in the 2000’s. In bumblebee that’s when bee first came to the earth and met his first human friend he even transformed into the car he met same in TF1 (old school Camaro) at the end of the movie. ROTB happened in the 90’s completely different timeline before the bay verse. And transformers one is its own canon it’s what happened before Orion became a prime and D-16 went psycho and named himself megatron.

A followed up that shows how a young Optimus met a young Megatron, how Cybertron got a Sun for the planet’s life, & how Megatron made contact with the Fallen. There’s even a prequel for Age of Extinction that shows how Optimus got his arm fixed after Chicago, how he was ambushed by Lockdown, & how Bumblebee was forced to leave Sam. Another one of The Last Knight, that shows how Galvatron made contact with Quintessa, how he was turned back into Megatron, & what Barricade was doing after Chicago. What’s even great is that the group made a sequel for The Last Knight. It shows how Unicron became one with the Earth, what happened to the Quintessons, why Quintessa was a problem to Unicron, where did the Allspark came from, & what happened to Sam.
after watching transformers one, if they said it was a legitimate reboot / lore accurate, i wouldnt mind it at all, it was done perfectly and made sense. i wasnt even going to watch it tonight but i decided to give it a watch, and it made me laugh so many times and it appears there will be a sequel to this movie. the only thing i wish they did was made it how the previous movie graphics were. the cartoon design wasnt bad, as i can see they are trying to capture the young audience to make a future sale off them too, it woulda been even more badass if they used the same graphical design as the previous movies.
I guess I'll be watching it tonight, watched Rise of the Beast last night again and it was just as impressive as the first time. Thanks for the critique!
Hey bro, thanks for this. It really helps clear up a lot of those inconsistencies between the multiple directors and the directions that they wanted to take the movies. I'm not going to lie, I got confused after the last knight when they really went off the deep end and just screwed things up completely, probably worse than the changes they made in the first four... I'm glad that I knew before I watched them that the later movies are in a different timeline. On a different note, tf2 will always be my favorite of the live action movies. Just something about Optimus being different after coming back, and to know that he's not messing around after he got triple teamed and killed. No, the Fallen cannot live anymore, So he must be destroyed, and you can't bring him back if he doesn't have a spark right? 😂😂 There was a guy on RUclips who did a video analysis on this and he put it in our perspective-- that if we saw a human rip off another human's face and then punch and crush their heart, especially someone that we loved and obeyed, that would be very very traumatizing. Of course Megatron didn't want to keep too much beef going between him and Prime, cause he knew that he could have ended up like the Fallen. At least Megatron's deaths weren't permanent at least 😂😂

The only few things I really took from TLK was Bumblebee CAN talk, Nemesis Prime was TLK Optimus instead of AOE Galvatron, the directors retconned so many changes that didn't need to be in the movie. And 3 1/2 hours? I like transformers as much as the next person, but I fell asleep halfway through 😂😂

My only thing is why did they change the lore so much just to retcon most of everything and explain it away so that it fits the situation. If they kept to most of the lore without so many changes, all the films could have potentially been in one single continuity.

Yeah, my headcanon is that Transformers One takes place in the Knightverse because it's probably not getting a sequel, so this way it can at least have some form of continuation through the Knightverse.
For those who are fans from TG1, they already know that there are different timelines. e.g. TPrime, Beast Wars, Unicron, Shattered Glass, there's just too many. Which could be confusing to those who became fan after watching the Bayverse and only knows the Bayverse. Bayverse(Michael Bay Transformers Universe) like any other is what I considered a fanfiction that turned to movie which I'm grateful cuz they made Transformers popular. Bay Transformers have a different universe. Transformers One, RIse of the Beast, and Bumblebee are on one timeline but different universe from the Bayverse. Not to mention there's also comics and trilogy of Cyvertron. There's totally a lot and different alternate universes. Whichever universe anyone enjoys is fine. Just accept that there are different alternate universe for Transformers and don't think that it's just one universe
I wasn't old enough to remember watching G1 and all the older iterations. I do remember TF Prime as my personal reference to the Bayverse. I know they're loads different in timeline and plot, but that's the one for me. If they made a live action series from TF Prime (everything the same but in CGI) I would absolutely watch it

Chronologically yes, timeline wise no. I (personally) would consider ROTB to be in a different universe because of Unicron. Unicron needs the transwarp key to travel to Earth to consume it. In some of the iterations (including Bayverse), Unicron IS the Earth, or at least the core. It wouldn't really make sense for Unicron to consume himself for energy, unless it is a different universe/multiverse, but the live action hasn't split in that direction yet

@@PYRAMID_PIGEONSorry I did forget to mention that TF One just kinda counts now in the live action series, and it gets excused and accepted as a "sequel" by a chunk of the community (especially newer fans). I was just trying to help, but a lot of us get the timelines confused (even I 😂). I've been a fan of Transformers since I've known, but the only other iteration I've seen in entirety was TF Prime. It's been a while so I'm trying to get it straight myself.

Chronologically yes, timeline wise no. I (personally) would consider ROTB to be in a different universe because of Unicron. Unicron needs the transwarp key to travel to Earth to consume it. In some of the iterations (including Bayverse), Unicron IS the Earth, or at least the core. It wouldn't really make sense for Unicron to consume himself for energy, unless it is a different universe/multiverse, but the live action hasn't split in that direction yet
