My C2 round count is not nearly as hight as yours since I shoot a large number of different guns, however it has run fine so far. Time will tell if it is an inherent problem or an unique issue. I will say that my only experience with Staccato's customer service was a bit disappointing. Upon cleaning my C2 a while back I discovered that it had a broken firing pin spring. Since I could not find a replacement part on their website, I called customer service who merely referred me to Dawson Precision. Upon asking if Dawson had the same replacement spring I was told he did not know and that I would have to ask Dawson. Comparing the springs, the replacement spring from Dawson appears heavier, but has worked fine. The manner in which this was handled and that I was unable to get a replacement part from the manufacturer I find disappointing. I have had much better experiences from other manufacturers who's guns cost much less.

Give it 5k rounds on new staccato. See if it warps again. Hopefully not, good customer service. I think they should of gave you the threaded barrel for free. If you actually brought it to that gun smith that many times and it was happening as much as you claim, then that gun smith was charging you and not doing anything. 10/10 would not return to that smith
Like you I've also had two issues in the past with different manufacturers. I have a old STI Eagle built by Virgil Tripp ( his name is on the build sheet) and I had to have it rebuilt. I did use it in two gun comp for several years and it was abused by me. The guys in Georgetown rebuilt it and I still shoot it on occasion, it runs like a sewing machine ( its .40 and it sits more now than ever). The second pistol I had issues with was an EDCX9, the guys at WC could learn a lot from the guys in Georgetown. After 6 months of WC having the pistol I got it back and it was still having extraction issues. I sold it. Currently my EDC is a C2 and I've had no issues, but if I do I know the guys at STI will correct it. Somethings must run, always .....an EDC is one of those things. I trust my C2.

The gun did fail and they did fix it, so how is this clickbait? Are you new to guns? I know they have a lifetime warranty (I own a few). I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a maintenance item (spring) or something basic before I reached out to the manufacturer. I did reach out as it became consistent so it could be duplicated in testing for them. This is definitely not my 1st rodeo with firearms, apparently you are new to my channel but do your homework on me 1st, before spewing your BS!
I believe in sharing my negative experiences with those responsible, and if Staccato had provided poor CS I would agree with your video. But from what I took after watching the entire video, you got a bad gun. You admit stuff goes wrong. They went above and beyond to make it right. So why post "Major Fail" and whine about them for 20 minutes before admitting they did the right things? You could have reported the issue with more emphasis on what they did right and made it balanced, instead of making it all about their "failure." You sound like a snowflake. I've watched several of your videos. Not anymore.
So why come to the comments & post your “Whiny ass Comment?” You sound like you need special attention..Just leave, you don’t need to announce to me or anyone else! Bye

. Maybe I'm wrong. It's not at the firearm broke. It's what happens afterwards. Sounds like you got great customer service. Minus a miscommunication that they tried to make good. Magazines are expensive and you got three more so yeah I am definitely two of these Firearms ASAP the C2 and the p
Thanks for sharing bro 👍
Give it 5k rounds on new staccato. See if it warps again. Hopefully not, good customer service. I think they should of gave you the threaded barrel for free. You paid a lot of money for a compact 9mm. That would of been 5 star customer service. I hope your new C2 does well. I have roughly 2k rounds through my SW Shield Plus carry gun. So far, no issues
Sounds like a good company
Thanks for the objectivity in your commentary.
Just speaking the truth
I enjoy your video thanks Big Johnson
Thanks for Watching, Carry On
There you go. That is all you can ask for.
Anything man made will break. No matter how much it cost.No exceptions!!!
Why not post the videos of the 5000 rounds & other shooting videos
Maybe you should go watch all of them they have been up on my channel for years.
Great video Big J! Have a awesome Fourth of July brother 🇺🇸🦅💪🏼🤠
You too
@@BigJohnsonGG thank you sir!
I build these all day if your c2 starts acting like that please send it in first this is a known problem that was part of a bad batch of aluminum.
Big J what the hell have you been up to? Good to see your videos again, been a while but thats on my end.
What’s up Brother
Also having to fill out a 4473 TWICE is TOTAL B S IMO..!!!
My Taurus hasn't taken a SHIT!
Most don’t when you put less than 50 rounds thru them…anything over that you may be pushing it. 😂
Kimber gets alot of hate but they came out with the LW aluminum frame models again and I had a issue with 1 of 2 they fixed it no questions asked and in a timely manner. Sti was great and it sounds like they are carrying on the tradition with Stacatto.
Sounded like a metallurgical failure.
If you actually brought it to that gun smith that many times and it was happening as much as you claim, then that gun smith was charging you and not doing anything. 10/10 would not return to that smith
He didn’t charge me anything, they are gunsmiths at my range, and friends of mine.
Glad they took care of you but it really shouldn’t happen to a 2500 gun. For most of us this would be a once in a lifetime gun purchase.
Any product that is NEW& Not had the bugs worked out is not worth my Hard earned money!!!
Good information. Wouldn’t think twice about buying a C2 after watching your video - to the end!!
Excellent customer service!
they took care of it ,mainly think I see is you xhojld have contacted staccato immediately not a gun smith ,kinda on you ,I own 2 myself if I had issue I eould send gun in ,part of the high cost they take care of you
Thanks for Watching
Sounds like you should have called Staccato from the beginning. I'm just saying. 🤪
It's a very very well used gun, 1000's of rounds, probably well exceeded its normal life, span. Geeze
What?? Are you new to guns or joking or something?
Unfortunate but shit happens. I’d just have a hard time trusting it after getting it fixed
They replaced the whole gun with a new one.
I feel like you spent way too long shooting it before you sent it back to the mfr.
Thanks for Watching
So you got 2 barrels for the price for one and free mags. Man, I kinda hope my C2 fails.
I had to pay extra for the threaded barrel
@@BigJohnsonGG Not really? You said, you paid what a C2 with threaded barrel costs, but you received a C2 with a threaded and a non-threaded barrel. So you got 2 for 1.
@Andy-hl7gh In one of my videos I said I had to pay $400.00 or so for that barrel, they didn’t give it to me.
Did you watch your grip Sometimes a small thumb ride on the slide will cause this. Remember the Staccato has lighter spring rates!
Watch the whole video!
Staccato has a lifetime warranty. Idk why you played around this long. I'm just lost how you call the c2 duo a major fail and then fall back and call it a sample of one. Seems like desperate clickbait imo.
Bye
Ramble on…Get to the point!
I just do what I want to.
My glock 19 has never failed owend for 2 years 2 gen 5s and no failes .
So glock just sends me new frames to my door no ffl required so I don't know why you whent through twice maybe becouse I still had slide or something glock warranty is so good I got a kimber ultra carry 45 that and a 380 that needs a new home so that I can get a stacato 💯😊shit happens with machines sounds like they took care of you .
Really enjoyed your video. I also appreciate your honesty, so I have subscribed to your channel. Looking forward to see what you have out there already and what you have coming in the future.
Thanks I appreciate ya. Carry On 🤘🏼
