Nate thank you for the tour. This is a lovely home. Finally, a house that has windows that actually open and without lines in the windows. I like that you added all the options for different countertops, tiles, colors, etc...
I really appreciate the fact that you add inserts with different options for things, such as backsplash, cabinets, countertops, etc. that type of information is very helpful. Keep up that type of great work.
I love just about everything in this house. I would remove the part that juts out from the wall beside the fireplace. I’m assuming the master water closet is what it’s for in the master bath. Since I don’t want a tub, I would move the toilet to where the tub is and make the shower bigger. Also, thanks for the list of states and the color options that are available. That’s a nice thing to include with the video!
Hi Nate! I really like the house! I would love the design, and layout! I would have loved, if they could have included a third bathroom without taking away from space!
Nice home, even if it’s more open than I usually like. The wood trims & cabinets & countertops were very tastefully done. One of my favorite features was the 2 doors to the closet, and the one leading to the laundry room was a bonus, with a great price~ Thanks Nate
Well our first house was a old farm house with one bathroom upstairs for 2 adults and 4 kids and in Sept 1968 mom bought a 4 bedroom house with 1 3/4 bath for her and 4 kids. We were fine. 3 just makes easier I suppose but since we grew up with what we had we made it work.
Hello Nate! First of all, I thank everyone for their prayers. I'm doing better. Not 100% yet but getting better each day. I can type again, just have to be a little more careful. I loved the Wood-burning Fireplace! I love the Kitchen! The Pantry on the small side but at least there is one. The Microwave is the perfect height. I didn't notice if it was a Gas Cook Stove are not but that's what I want. A Pot Filler would be nice too. The Master Bathroom is nearly perfect too. Need a door on the Shower. I would need to replace the shown tub for a Handicapped Tub. There looks to be enough room for me in that clear view you showed of the Commode area (thank you!). I love the Vanity area. The Closest is great except for the door going into the utility room. I do not like that and would close it off. The Utility Room is perfect. The furnace and water heater is in there. There's a sink by the washer and dryer and there's a big space for a Freezer. And out the back door we'd build a Garage with a Storage unit and a Pet Shower and a Big Long-term Pantry. The two Guest Bedrooms with the big closets side-by-side would be turned into my Library, Music/Studio, soundproofed, and Office Rooms. The Guest Bathroom is more than fine (you showed a good view of the Commode area in the one too!), and it and the other guest bedroom would be left as is. There is one BIG PROBLEM. Other than that, the place is nearly perfect. Not a big fan of open floor plans, but it's Not a Deal Breaker. But...THERE'S NO PLACE TO PUT GRANDMA'S CHINA CABINET!!!! That is a super Deal Breaker for me!!! I guess I could close one of the Dining Room windows, the one next to the Kitchen, and put the China Cabinet there. But it would make the area look...not right. There's bone more option, maybe. I wonder if I could put the China Cabinet where the drop off in front of the front door is, next to the Fireplace, and just before the dining room area? It would be an odd place for it, but... Otherwise there's only minor things I'd change, except the handicap tub. I gotta say again, I Love that Kitchen! And the Master Bathroom. And the Fireplace. I like the Utility Room. In general I like everything except the Dining Room area!!! I can say this was a Great Video, Nate! God bless y'all.
I would like the trim that’s in the master bath to be in the majority of the home. I would change the fireplace to electric (I live in Southeast GA and have a wood burning fireplace and have never used it. In fact I bought a heater that looks like fire log grate and looks like fire due to projection from the back and it’s all we need). I LOVE the kitchen and would switch the main countertop to one with less brown and the backsplash changed to the grey. Cabinets would stay. I would also change the flooring to something a bit darker and have it in every room. No carpeting.
What a beautiful big kitchen yet hardly any upper cabinets those windows are nice but too many for the kitchen when you need upper cabinets but at least they did try to put two extra in between those windows so it could be enough but that island is awesome
I like it overall, but I would make certain aesthetic changes. I would also take that black coat rack out. It just doesn't work visually. It should be somewhere else, like the utility room.
I wish they would put in actual medicine cabinets.. nothing worse than digging through drawer or bending down and rustling through the low cabinets to find medicines.. kitchen is amaze balls!
Ditch the seat and hanging hall tree built in. The lighter cabinets definitely and the master bathroom is nice as well as the second bathroom and laundry room just stick a regular door for access to the Water heater. The only obstacle for me is truly the excessive windows in the kitchen sacrificing much Needed upper cabinets.
With 4 bedrooms, you should always have at least 3 bathrooms.

Glad you like them!
This one is beautiful. I love seeing all the options. That kitchen is my kinda kitchen. I like that you’re giving the states.
Love this home! Its perfect the way it is complete with wood burning fireplace. 175k is not bad. Thanx
Hi Nate, thanks for the tour, I like the floor plan and decor, tell Raiden hello. Great island .🏡🏡🏡🏡.

That's nice
Thank you for putting the options in there. Very good idea
I love the floorplan. Beautiful home.

Love floor plan but needs igger linen closet
I really do like this home. However, I have been exposed to a home with a dog washing station in the utility room and I can't be happy without one.
I wish they would put in actual medicine cabinets.. nothing worse than digging through drawer or bending down and rustling through the low cabinets to find medicines.. kitchen is amaze balls!
SHOULD HAVE A HALF BATH OR THREE BATHS LOVE THE HOME SHOULD HAVE SHUTTERS ON ALL THE WINDOWS

Nate, can they use frosted glass on the showers?
I'm not sure, I can't recall ever seeing one with frosted glass.
Can this be delivered to California?
15:30 He lists the states here.
Not at the moment.
Is it possible to put a real brick fireplace in this house
Not sure, you would have to ask a dealer.
Kitchen has TOO MANY WINDOWS AND TOO FEW UPPER CABINETS
