How to remove terminals from a connector block

What kind of flathead was used. I found a freyed ground wire that I need to get out of the connector. But I dont think I have the right size flathead.

Mate thank you and you got on with it. Why other videos need to be 5 or 10mins long they waiting for their boyfriends. Quick to the point bang! Now to fit this bloody kohler gen. Man they suck just fukn work. Why they make them with tonnes of error codes. Juat make the bloody thing work ya fannies!
