for anybody using an hp motherboard, i suggest try finding tutorials on how to make the computer install windows from a usb. same goes for any other motherboard.

Glad to hear you succeeded!!! If you have problems finding the right wifi driver try Snappy Driver Installer. It's a free open source program that almost magically finds all the proper drivers :)).
Also also, if you download snappy driver installer make sure to take the full version ( 30 gb ) as the online tool is in my opinion bloat ware
When i press install windows it give me error "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have driver floppy disc, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now." And when i press ok it gives me error "no device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK."
Hi there. Have you tried emulating your thumb drive as a CD disk or as a HDD hard disk?

@@KimidoriGreenany iso image maker program... I use ultraiso it's easy to make a bootable USB and it works
Hey man! I have a problem. When I try to boot up the installation of Windows 7 it just gives me a blue screen (its not a bsod). I tried redoing it but every single time it will just straight up give me a blue screen. Please help!

Hi there. Looks like something in the install went wrong :)). You could try to redo the process from the start or even try a different ISO image

Hi there. Looks like you have a driver problem. Look up how to add drivers to your windows 7 installation media
Fake when you were installing it it said windows 7 ultimate and then when you logged onto it it said windows 7 home

Hi! Look what I found:
A quote from hp support:
"You can follow these steps.
1.Get into BIOS.
2.Go to the BOOT tab.
3.Select Boot Mode and change the value to Legacy Support.
4.Go to the Exit Tab.
5.Select OS Optimized Defaults and change the value to Other OS.
6.Now select the Load Defaults Settings and Load Optimal Defaults.
7.Save and exit."
Last night I was ready to install Win7, but there was no WiFi and Bluetooth, I couldn't add devices, even though I had installed the default driver & updated the driver, I also repeatedly installed & uninstalled the driver, I also tried using external Bluetooth and it didn't work, a yellow exclamation mark appeared. . why could something like that happen? please provide instructions
Btw, I tried driverpack online, wifi successed, but Bluetooth still failed, could not add device. I also use 3rd apk such as ashampoo & dr.driver same could not fix the Bluetooth problems
Hi there. Give Snappy Driver Installer a try. It is my go to driver pack installer. Best in the biz. Download the full version ( 32 GB ) and it will 100% have the driver there.

I havy a tricky problem
Win 7 doesnt natovely support M.2 NVME, and though there are drivers companies provide for it, Western Digital does not, so i need to doenload a hotfix no longer ablvailsble directly into my install mrdia through MSU files
I got the file but have no clue how to actually do it.
Hi. Unfortunately I have never encountered such problem - as a matter of fact I didn't even know that you could use NVME's on windows 7 :)) but the more you know. I figure RUclips and google are your best friend right now. I am sorry I cannot be of further assistance!
@@HardwareShenanigans that's okay lol. I tried a number of things but none of them worked so I plan to just get win 10 and move on thoigh I hate to leave 7 behind, lol. I was going to do that either way.
My only problem is that i dont have some of those options in my bios

i installed windows 7 pro on my thinkpad x220 but im just wondering why the screen resolution looks horrible and not fitting and blurry color..how to fix it on settings?i tried to modify it on display settings and the resolution but still not look good and dont fits on screen at it should and its just stretches..pls anyone let me know the reason i might doing it wrongly.thank you!
Hi! Seems like you have a driver issue with the GPU. Try using Snappy Driver Installer ( grab the full version, not the lite one ). It is free. It generally fixes all my driver issues. Good luck!

Yeah GPU drivers for the 4060 will not work for sure. It is way too new. Also Nvidia is not happy with 4060 on other OS's other than 10 and 11

Whoa nice. Keep that piece of history safe! Win 7 install disks are a little hard to come by these days.

Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Are you sure you have CSM ( compatibility module for MBR ) set to accept legacy devices? Your laptop is default GPT ( UEFI ) so you have to enable Legacy Support.
Installation of win 7 is not a problem, the real deal is how to activate it to use since MS is no longer providing activation. Same thing happens to me I have genius disk of Windows XP bought from the store and I can not make it work for my any more because I can't activate it.
Hi there, not saying that you should use them, but there are illegitimate solutions to activate windows 7 such as MS loader.
Again, not saying you should use them, but you know maybe you find this information useful 😉
I think that, if you dont have USB 2.0 ports, you can buy a USB cable extension USB 2.0, to make the USB 3.0 to work like a USB 2.0, because there is a physical difference between them, the pin are not the same.

Hello there. You first have to flash it to a USB drive with a tool like RUFUS and then follow the steps in the video :)

Hi there. It might indicate you have a problem with drivers ( probably too new hardware ). What specs does your PC have?

hi, i have a question about this that i dont know how to ask any other way and so i havent found an answer for it yet.
im on a windows 11 laptop that i have been using for like 2 years now and i want to install windows 7 right now but i dont know if when i install windows 7 i will be able to go back to 11? i mean i know i would be able to go back but i dont know how. if you know what im talking about could you tell me?
Hi there. Sorry for the late response. Yeah you can definitely go back to windows 11 but you will have to do a fresh install for that.
That means wiping the whole disk and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows 11.
Create a disk image of Windows 11 before going to Windows 7 .. save it on an external drive. When you need to go back to Windows 11, use 11 installation media and don't choose install .. choose Restore .. use the disk image you created before .. your Windows 11 with all the apps, data and settings should be there like nothing has happened.

Hi there! It can happen and it is caused by a broken install. Try to reinstall it with the same instalation media (stick or disk) and if that dosen't work try to recreate the media with a different windows 7 ISO
