Entigrity is doing great job here...it's a "trend breaker" I would say...yess... For example in the marathon the trend for the whole world is to recognised top 3 runners, nobody is even thinking about persons who came 4th , 5th and 6th respectively and actually if you see the training which has been done by all of them is somewhat same!!!! Entrigrity is recognizing and rewarding those 3 who has been ignored till now... I would say you guys are doing commendable job... Hats off to you..
