Such a pretty place - it is now on my gotta go camping list. We found Susan Creek Campground and loved all of the waterfalls in that area. We have a Lance 1685- love that litttle trailer!
Jaqson and Kim, I am a retired Federal Agent who used to live and work In Oregon for over ten years; I too have been RVing for years and was even a full time RVer with my wife and two dogs for eight years befor moving back into a large home and RVing on the weekends. We had a lot to learn at first and made a lot of friends over the years. We started with travel trailers, moved into class A RVs and am now going back to smaller RVs and found your site when researching the Lance four season campers. It was nice living in a 45' motor coach {Prevost} with in motion satellite, wi-fi , cell phone boosters, washer and dryer, large storage bays capable of carrying almost anything we wanted, etc. Over the years of living like a king, we found out that we were missing the best camp sites and areas because our rig was just too big and heavy to even enter these areas. A 45' motor coach pulling a 4x4 Tahoe made our rig as long as a semi tractor trailer. The more you camp, the more you realize what you can live without and have a much better life even if it means having to utilize commercial washer and dryer establishments, etc. to give up the so called luxury of living in a house on wheels and pulling a big 4x4 four wheels down. Keep having fun and know that you guys are doing it right. John
Hi John. First off thank you for your service. What an awesome career. My dad was a reserve police officer for 20 plus years. I was a reserve as well for a few years in my younger years. We are huge supporters of our military and law enforcement. Looking forward to getting to know you both. Safe travels out there.
Greetings friends. Just started going back and watching all of your previous videos. This one was absolutely amazing, with such spectacular waterfalls, along the challenging cardio hike. Great effort guys! Also enjoyed the cooking show(s) each night! Yummy! You guys are a great team, doing great editing! Thanks!
Silver Falls...awesome ! You are in my neck of the woods. Best lighter I've ever seen ! Totally agree about getting to Silver Falls early. Best tip ever!
Thanks for the great video. Silver Falls looks like a beautiful campground. It's nice to see what I consider a "real" campground shown on a you-tube video unlike some of these clips I've seen with an Air Stream parked in what looks like a parking lot. Amazing pictures. Hope your roof issue is not too serious.
Puddles in the site puddles on the floor... Dude! That sucks! Make a note of that campsite for future reference. We will drive around the campground after a rain and mark which sites are flooded. As for on the floor... My own worst nightmare! I guess that's why I'm hyper vigilant about inspecting the roof every chance I get and keep a tube of Dycor handy. Other than that, some beautiful shots of the waterfalls! 👍🏼
Ya we knew it had the potential to be flooded when we got there but were hoping for the best. We did exactly as you mentioned and drive around to see what sights flooded and which didn’t for next time.
Good luck with the roof leak. We had the same issue with our 2018 2185. Word is most of the 2018 year units have the same leak issue due to the screws being over torqued. Causes stress in the cover and cracks over time. You can either douse it in dicor and hope for the best or have it replaced. We replaced both the front skylight and the one over the shower last fall.
Wow this is amazing! So with all the ups and down to each waterfall it’s almost 9 miles? Not sure how much we can do but we’ll definitely see some of it!
Water leaks are no fun. Took me two trust to seal my bathroom skylight. But since it's Azdel and styrofoam no damage 😀. Used a cordless drill and a wire brush to scour the offending seal. Then used some rubbing alcohol and paper towels on the area I was going to put down some new stuff. Got some good self leveling sealant and used a caulking gun to put it on. Just buy more than you think you need. Not having enough to put on in one go I think is what made me need to reseal.
@@adventuresofjandk There seems to be no end to the repair fun and games on my rig, only had it out camping twice since June 2019 when I bought it due to the back and forth to the dealer. However it has been way better than a tent this weekend. I look forward to continuing to use it. Tried tents but it is too rainy around here this time of year. Hope you get it back soon with quality repair work done. This is my favorite camping channel to watch.
We were surprised as well. We live in Oregon where there is no sun. 😂. Just did a quick tape fix for the moment. Trying to find a good repair shop to do the work.
@@adventuresofjandk Thanks for the quick response, enjoying all your videos. Remind us of Greg Aiello, www.outsidetvshow.com/ Sorry you lost your storage site, that's something we're trying to figure out before we make a purchase.
@@Wolf4u2 it’s all good. We are parking it at home now and just going to cover it. It is so much more convenient we can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. A little harder to park but luckily I don’t have to do it everyday. We appreciate your support.
Hi guys! I would really appreciate it if you let us know more about the roof leak, and how you fix it. We have a new Lance 2375, but haven't used it yet. Hopefully, it won't be too difficult to find and fix. Thanks.
@@Berrypancakes229 luckily for us we store it under a covered shelter. It wasn’t a huge surprise as it tends to happen after a few years if you don’t replace the sealant.

Had never heard of Susan Creek. The photos look very nice. Guess we will add that to our list. Thank you.
Those waterfalls were amazing. Unbelievably powerful.
Yes there are.
Nice to see a new video! Beautiful waterfalls!
thank you Steve. Yes that trail is amazing. Hard to believe it's right in our backyard.
Thank you.

Much appreciated.
Thank you guys for sharing that amazing video as well as a look inside your trailer and all the cooking. Loved ever bit of it...stay safe!
Thank you so much as always. If it weren’t for folks like you we wouldn’t even be making these videos so thank you so much for all your support.
Beautiful waterfalls. Food also looked good:) Glad you guys could escape for a couple of days.
Thx Joe. It was a good time. In the Redwoods now for the weekend.

Another great video 😁 we can't wait to get out of this lockdown and start vlogging again 📸.
It’s been tough. Hopefully we can get back to normal life sooner than later.

Thanks Kirk. Can’t agree more. We are not ones to stay in RV parks that is for sure. The more privacy the better.
Thank you! We love Silver Falls, were there in 2016 in March. Would love to go back.
Thank you for watching. Is is an awesome state park isn’t it?

We thinks it’s cracked skylights. Set to go into the shop in a couple of weeks. Sure it’s nothing serious luckily.

@@1stpaintballmaster thank you David. Sorry to hear about the trailer. It can be so frustrating.
Love your channel! Silly question, but what is your nail polish Kim? Love it!
Hi JayLynn. Thanks for noticing. It’s sally Hansen miracle gel. The color is shockwave. Since it’s a gel it works really well.
Loved the trip! What is your grill you used inside?
Hi Vivian. Are you referring to the grill that had the seafood on it? That was just a porcelain grill piece that I can but on the bbq.
How did the leak fix go, surprised to see it leaked so soon & not even stored in the sun.

Nice.. can you post a link or give the name of lighter (brand)?
Hi Dede. Let me see what I can find for you. Will back in touch today on that.
