Thank you so much bro! I truly appreciate the support, I'm glad the videos have been helpful and that you like them. I will continue trying my best to bring informative and good quality videos. Seriously thank you so much I really appreciate the comment.
@@rcplaytime and I can guarantee you it is 100% worth it! I honestly haven't been this excited and had this much fun for a long time. Definitely the most underrated RC of 2024
Pro tip never put oil on rubber! Rather use Vaseline. And to be honest these rims go together really easily, there's no need for it. Especially putting oil on the piece of rubber that is going to be trapped will weaken it and possibly cause it to slip out.
Wow that truck is really cool. On that step hill, I thought it was going to tip over, especially when you reversed it! I might have to purchase one. Like always with this hobby, you could never have enough...LOL I'm still upgrading my two trx4m,, very slowly...LOl! Thanks again for the awesome video!!!!!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your awesome comment bro! It's a little bit snappy in reverse! 😅 But yes it performed extremely well and obliterated every steep line on my course. Definitely going to have to add some new features soon. Take it easy and enjoy the upgrading process it is a lot of fun. But I definitely recommend, getting this one to add to your collection, it is one of the best I have unboxed so far.
Wish they had a brass black center option, it would have looked even better. But I'm still really happy with the look! And they perform extremely well. 💯💯
Yet another great video. Nice work Ryan! Sweet rig that is getting sweeter. Love those tires. I ALMOST regret my wheel and tire choice. 😜 Just a couple of questions. Did you find the tire rubbed on the body or undercarriage at all? Also, with the larger tires, did you find the motor struggling to move the rig up the steeper inclines?
Thank you so much bro 🤜💥🤛 I really appreciate it. Yes there's definitely a bit of tire rub up front, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I will see with further testing if I need to do something about it. No I didn't really notice a lack of power around the backyard course in low gear. I will take it out this week so I can test it in high gear and see how it does on the trail with the new wheel setup. Like always bro thank you so much for watching and leaving such a nice comment 👊😉
Not this time 😔 I decided to just give it a good test around my backyard course, on all the different steep lines to see how it performed. I will get it out this week to do a rescue, to see how the new wheels perform.
@@Ghryst yes I've tried it on the two remaining rims and it works. I was thinking of running the front rims backwards, so the wheels aren't catching on the fenders.
@@rcfungames excellent to know. thanks. they're an awesome looking rim, and a good scale size, the trouble with most rims is they have too much negative offset and stick out too far for a nice 'scale' look
@@hansnsnananna3933 they are going to be extremely big for this truck! The 64mm that I fitted in this video is a really tight fit and rubs on the front arches of the truck. So if you were to run 70mm you are definitely going to need to trim the front fenders and bumper
Great video ryan, like all your videos man, your the only one I watch for the smaller scale rc's, appreciate the videos and advice!!
Thank you so much bro!

Pro tip, use a little shock oil on the tire beads makes assembling the wheels a lot easier.

Great job, man! Love the look of those wheels and tires. Makes me want to build an IR40 with those!
Thanks bro I really appreciate it!
They are a bit flashy, but they do look awesome! And those new obsidian tires perform extremely well. 👊😉

👍👍 they’re looking pretty sweet on there
I can't complain, they are a bit flashy for the truck!

Ooohhh, shiny!! Makes that rig look better & helps with the weight distribution! 💪🏼
Maybe a bit too flashy for the truck! But they do look awesome and perform really well! 😁
@rcfungames oh no doubt! Now to put brass, down low. 🤔

can the centre-hub be put in backward, to remove the negative offset?

I am curious do you have to buy eight to be able to get six?
Hello Andy 👋
Yes bro, I had to grab 8 of each.
Wish they would also have an option to sell the rims 2x2
