This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job!
if you go to Medellin see the Christmas lights. I only got see one set of them because I went to Cartagena and before I got back to Medellin they closed the lights because of the virus levels.

Hey lady. Thanks for sharing your experience. First off Queen, you have beautiful skin. I actually got your info on Black travel FB and ended up booking your drone company for a birthday photoshoot! Thanks for sharing.
I really enjoyed this video. Cartagena is beautiful, the people too. Only thing to watch out for are those extra costs "for being a tourist". Happens everywhere(happened to me in Greece too) but still, watch out. Heheh This is a great video
Thanks for the great content and budget info shared in the vid. Planning a bachelorette party for October and this definitely helps. Any specific contact info you can share for the mansion would be great too. Thanks again!
So glad you enjoyed it! That is going to be an epic bachelor party. You can reach out to Jesus who manages the property. His phone number is +57 301 6001714
@@thinkwithkv8504 Hi, apologies for the delayed reply. Just seeing your message. Unfortunately, I had to back out due to work commitments :-( I'm hoping things will be much better for you next March since COVID numbers are currently pretty high in the region. Not exactly sure if the plan is for you ladies (i.e.hotel or Airbnb option), but I'd suggest staying close to the city and ideally within the city walls. Hope this helps. Stay safe and have fun!
Mac!!! Just came across your RUclips and I am so happy I did! I am planning on going to Columbia in June with another LCA member so this was so helpful and well done. Bravo friend!!
Awesome!!! It’s such an amazing time down there, feel free to msg me if you need any more info outside of the vids!! You’re going to love it in Colombia!!
That was an amazing video you guy had a lot of fun ! My next stop is Cartagena-Colombia ! definitely. And I will subscribe to your channel wow ! Ese video estuvo fenomenal ire a Cartagena pronto ! and experience el lujos de sus hoteles !
hi i love your video!! i have one question when you fly in colombia let’s say medellin to cartagena do you have to go through long immigration lines? or is that only when you first land in colombia ? thank you 😊
Hi World Nomac, Thank you posting the video. I am planning to visit Cartagena. I would like to ask you some questions: Do you suggest renting a car while visiting the city? Is there a place in Cartagena where you could leave your luggage(s) in order to visit Rosario Islands? Thanks
I booked my ticket for last week of February, looking for a legit tour leader to show us all part of the town, if anyone knows please leave their website
Nomac - how good is your spanish skill? I hear you talk some and I see with you at the pool you state you trying your Spanish. How fluent are you? I went and travel with a local and a translator on my phone and i had limited known Spanish. I with my limited Spanish and my phone translator (need cell signal if you want to talk / no cell signal you can just type and the other person can type make sure to locally download Spanish to phone in google translator).
I am lightly conversational, but far from fluent. I can get by on simple things and conversations, but if topics get more in depth then I cannot keep up. Having google translate downloaded along with spanish downloaded to your phone will be a life saver for situations like that!

Did you all need a covid test to leave the country? If so, are you able to give any tips on that? Also, is it wise to do currency exchange when arriving from the US? Or is it okay to pay in USD? Sorry so many questions...LOVE the video!
You can pay in USD at a lot of places but you’re better off to pay in the local currency. You can also get money out of the ATM, just make sure to decline the ATMs conversion rate. And I’m saying conversion rate decline, you still have to accept the standard ATM fee. vm.tiktok.com/ZMekWeMQ8/

Depends what you want to do, you want to spend a little more time doing night life stuff and eating some top notch food I think Cartagena is the move. If you want to do more beach, water activities, scuba diving, snorkel, then I would recommend San Andres
You could rent one here if you have a group: www.viator.com/tours/Cartagena/Full-Day-Boat-Rental-with-Captain-in-Cartagena/d4498-86329P5?pid=P00038365&mcid=42383&medium=link
I would guess around $700-800 because we rented a big house, got a yacht, did excursions, went clubbing, drank alcohol often, and ate at nice restaurants. You could easily do it for a fraction of that price too
So is Cartagena like the only safe heaven left in Colombia? Everywhere else looks shit and dangerous af. Also it reminds me to Miami, as a Mexican living in FL seems to me like another Miami but with a Latin fusion in both culture, cuisine, and building structures
