    Becca thank you for this great tutorial, it was direct and to the point. I was wondering how to cut "kiss cut " versus all the way through the paper.

    Perfect timing! I just tried to make stickers yesterday. Used exact same paper but couldn’t figure out how to get paper off the mat. It became a huge mess and ruined the stickers. Didn’t realize I should weed off the unused part and leave the stickers on the mat first. I guess I thought they’d be a kiss cut. Also I should have used the light grip mat! Thank you
    I wonder how you make stickers that have a white trim around them🤔 I suppose I’d need to add that in and weld it together. 🙏🏽

      Do an offset, make the offset white and flatten together with the sticker.

    If a white border is built into the sticker graphic should you use offset ? Then if you use offset should you still toggle add bleed on or off? Thank you for all your help. I've ruined several sheets already and hate to waste more product.

      I'm not super experienced, but my understanding is the add bleed option is only used when your border/background is a color other than white. And if you already have a white border, you wouldn't need an offset unless you want to make the white border thicker than it already is. Hope that helps!

    Can the laminate sheets be used with zicoto vinyl or only with the corresponding vinyl?

    • @OakAndLamb

      You can use the laminate on other brands :) Great question!

    Hello Becca, ole wise one, So I watched both this and the Joy one which I really love the hack On the Joy it cut properly but on the Maker it's like 1/8 or 1/16th off to the right and down. I have tried numerous times and cannot seem to get it lined up correctly. I thought it read the black box that was printed on boarder of paper. Both machines are new I have used the maker to print and cut 4 sheets of Zicoto matte, yes that is all I have used I am ashamed. What am I doing wrong. :(--Tina

    Can I use a laser jet printer or does it need to be an ink jet?

    • @OakAndLamb
      @OakAndLamb  2 года назад +1

      There are printable materials that are laser printer compatible. Check the material packaging before using it. :)
