Hi, I’m looking to get custom graphics for my 2003 KLX110 but nowhere seems to have the correct template for the graphics but I can see you managed to get some, where did your order them from ?
Sorry for the delayed response here. To be honest I tried multiple jets and never got that bike to quite run right. Always had a massive bog off the bottom.
Awesome build! What bars are those? I'm building a 110 right now as well. Waiting on parts from my powdercoating guy and debating XR50 bend vs the 110 bend
Hi, (in US dollars) I spent around $850 on parts, I went all out on most of the bearings and gaskets. The bike itself was $300. Powder coat and vapour blasting was around $100. Graphics and plastics around $150. So probably $1400. Definitely not the cheapest project ever but was fun to build!
@@xboyys1123 I just had a quick look. It seems they don't stock those forks any more. I did end up bending those forks, and after riding them for a while, found that they were good value for many but didn't perform very well. They only had around 80mm of travel compared to that of the original forks with performance damping rods. I would recommend trying to find a used set of original forks online and add some performance damping rods, you will thank yourself in the long run!
best klx110 build vid ive seen yet!
Great work mate, looks like youve got a lot of good, handy skills
This video was incredibly well done. Thanks.

Sorry for the very delayed response, I think they removed them unfortunately.

Try Motorsport and Amazon or eBay
Sorry for the slow reply, you probably came right already, but I bought mine on Ebay, turned out they were pretty average quality.
