I just found your channel - my new favourite! I recently upgraded from dingies to a Van Der Stadt Splinter - sailing around the Swale. I'm binge watching from the beginning - I lived on a Westerly Nomad with my girlfriend for 3 years Torpoint, so enjoying the familiar haunts
The view from the top was really beautiful. It;s great to be able to freely sail to so many rich historic places! Thanks for sharing. I look forward to each one of your videos!
Perhaps if the French Authorities stopped monitoring British vessels in British waters and their crown dependencies there wouldn't be so many illegal immigrants crossing the channel. Those illegals would never attempt a crossing through the waters around the Bailiwick of Guernsey. I bought my current boat from Guernsey and it was quite something seeing first hand what those waters are like. I wouldn't want to be out there in anything but the best conditions and tides. Great video as usual. Keep it up and the channel will grow.
Well knowing you as I feel that I am beginning to, you will probably fill that thru hull in, and move to a more sensible position at the next haul out. Alderney looked great but deserted. What time of year was that?
Another well made video, enjoyed the sailing and the walk around Alderney. Many thanks for sharing👍

Westerly nomad for two people is hardcore, respect. Welcome to the Channel 😁
@@SVRoquetta Good to see someone vaping at sea! Thought I was the only one

Likewise mate, thank you 👍

Thank you! Alderney is so worth it. World war two history everywhere

Yes, I will 🤣. It was three weeks ago!
I am missing your videos. Hopefully you are ok.
Thank you. I am fine, new video in two weeks. Just surviving the freeze and lifted out at the moment 👍👍
@@SVRoquetta Nice, yeah, I forgot it was winter. We don't get much cold weather in Florida.
@@SailingAndInvesting I wish I was in Florida!!
