I would much rather watch cars like these roll off a trailer for a few hours than watch million dollar, billionaire museum pieces roll by on Barrett Jackson.

These kind of cars are exactly what I like to see. Shiny 57 Chevys are not interesting to me. That wagon is just pure badass and has got to be the rarest Mopar from the 70s. I can't even believe it actually still exists! Great find and thanks for sharing.

That generation of wagon was produced from 1971 through 1978 as a Coronet Suburban 1971 to 1976 and as a Monaco Suburban from 1977 to 1978. Nice find.

The old commercial signs are getting collectable. 1974 was an in-between year for styles, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of rust on that one, makes it quite rare to be that intact.
Cold war motors would be jealous

The only rust is on the doglegs and drivers floor pan. Otherwise she’s pretty dang solid!

Most of these seemed to be some sort of brown or green, nice to see a blue one..There were a few maroon/burgundy usually 76-78 versions and even silver ones most common besides green and brown in my area..I do remember a black Crestwood wagon 77 or 78 and it had duel exhaust and a trailer tow package, was about 3 blocks from my house..
I have a 1974 400 4 barrel and 727 pulled from a nice Coronet Wagon from the junkyard back in 1994'ish.Complete engines and trans were $350!! We used to buy a engine or trans every payday(I was early 20's then)..
Sad people here just junked good solid cars that ran good but only failed smog because of a carburetor needing a rebuild(they stopped smog testing in the early 2000's,too late to save most wagons and 4 doors). Most cars thats what it was, very sad so simple and a cheap repair but...They bought that new $6999 Hyundai Excel instead!
The 400 only needed a carb rebuild and it ran perfect, good power, compression was 130 plus on all 8!!!! After a 750 Carter and high flow manifolds It found its place in a 68 Charger I had at the time as the 383 was pooched and barely running.I later pulled the 400 for a strong 440 in later 90's then sold it and bought a real 69 Charger R/T that was too nice to pass up(still have it). I even have the 400,now a 451 with just over 500 hp..The 383 was rebuild and slapped in a 72 Barracuda turned 'Cuda and was a beast! Man,those days were great! Now I pay $40k and dump another $20k to make $10-$25K lol oh well..Still a good hobby!
Thought maybe you would like a little story form my past by an early 50 year old geezer!

Sweet wagon man! Talk about RARE! You never see these on the road. You might have a bit of a challenging time finding little odds and ends parts like trim/badges etc considering its not only a Mopar but a wagon as well. Either way it's cool to see it runs and is pretty clean considering the age, I'm sure you'll get it looking and running real nice.
P.s. I LOVE the Pentastar keychain you had on the key for this car ❤.
And I fuckin ADORE and love your Pentastar used car sign. Been looking for some myself, Dodge/Dodge Truck Chrysler/Plymouth whatever. They remind me of being a kid when chrysler still rocked the pentastar on dealer signs.

y'all find some sweet cars. In the early 80's I bought a clean 74 Satellite Regent wagon from a hippie in Boulder Colorado, back before CO started salting their roads. I don't remember if it was the 318 or 360, but it had A/C and got horrible gas mileage...could barely afford to drive for the couple years I had it. It was tan over tan with the wood sides...pretty nice, but I like your blue over blue better. I sure like all the wacky and wonderful cars in your driveway. The new wall signs are awesome too

Wagon’s sweet - so’s the sign! About the hood letters - maybe they go missing because they are easy to pry off and they interchange with a more desirable Dodge? The same “Plymouth” letters were used on the hood of my ‘66 Satellite as well as the deck lid on my ‘64 Barracuda, and I harvested a bunch off much later Furies - every time I saw one in a yard with a better letter or two I grabbed them.
