Jennifer, when you mentioned the triangle, I said, I will be da…..! I use the triangle method in laying out quilts and did not even think to apply it in my embroidery. Thank you, thank you for bringing the triangle idea in designing embroidery. Awesome instruction. I love your embroidery books and use them them all of the time for inspiration.

@@jenniferclouston7545 I’m using your philosophy in some stitching. I’m not going to rip anything out. I’m not sweating small stuff. I’m working on a pillow for my granddog. I’m using a leg from an old torn pair of my husband’s jeans. It’s a fun opportunity to try new things. Right now I’m stitching red twig dogwood. Haha! Thanks for getting me going. 💜💜💜

I have yet to cut a piece of fabric, I say it’s because I’m intimidated. But the reality is that I just simply don’t know where to start. What if I cut fabric and I ruin it. What if I cut fabric and I need it somewhere else. ….Yeah, I have issues.

Hi Maureen, I also teach from home and I carry stock of silk ribbon and threads. I am in the process of putting together a starter pack of ribbons and a few threads. We have to find out postage costs and then I will share on my channel. So many people have sent me messages about this - they are unsure of what colours to buy too. So my plan is to make up little packs that will work! ❤
Question about ribbon. Can’t find silk ribbon , all is rayon, polyester but no silk ribbon in the stores. Can I use those ribbons ? Sorry I am new at this.
Unfortunately, the Rayon and polyester will not work. I am putting together a selection of silk ribbons for sale in the next week. I understand selecting colours etc can be daunting. I will share that in the coming week.
