I have mixed views on harassments, because where I worked, there was none. There was just a girl there who liked to bump into the other employees, both male and female, and accuse them of groping her. I had one of those charges pending when the boss reviewed the security footage and saw that she was deliberately backing into us. I don't know if she wanted attention or something, wanted to play the victim, I don't know. I think harassment is serious, but the idea of having that day where one can clear up confusion as to whether a coworker is attracted to you or not is a good one. Of course, I wouldn't exactly word it the way he did, but it would definitely go a long way to figuring out if a girl is flirting or not, because guys are idiots when it comes to that... When a woman comes to work wearing outfits that compliment their physique, our minds are going wild, and we're constantly fighting to not be distracted. Merely acting like we don't see what is on display, acting like we don't want those women. It's extreme discipline having to control ourselves. Wanting to tell y'all exactly what's on our minds, wanting to be absolutely real, but can't because the chances are we'd end up losing our jobs.
