Huion Kamvas Pro 13 - Black screen + red switch problem [SOLVED]

Here you can find the only solution worked for me and my Huion Kamvas Pro 13 brand new tablet.
The black screen and red power switch problem is really common on this device and I didn't manage to find a proper solution around here.
The Huion service dind't help, they just send precompilated email with standard advice like "check if the cable is connected".
