I feel sorry for the fact you didn't get a character KC. Gameloft should gift you at least 1000 gems more so you could buy one or two without losing all the gems you currently have ;)
And I got 2 things because I have 2 accounts (1 on my laptop and one on my phone)
On my phone I had all premium characters, got RC Racers
On my laptop, I had nothing and got Captain Hook;)
