I watched this then went for a spontaneous improvisation using the learnings, over an arpegiated Chord from a synth. INSTANT progress and thank you so much for such a lucid set of insights.

My favourite part was seeing the triad break-down on isolated strings, then bringing them together :)
You still make it look so easy!!
    Loved this lesson, Chris!!

Had to watch this one twice. Grabbed a guitar and got lost in a grove. Looked up and it was over. Playing thru modes with it was fun.
    Great time.

Sir, you're the teacher that I wish I had 20 years ago.. youre able to transmit the information in a way that I can visualize what you're saying, since I have difficulty connecting what I hear with how I store it in my brain, and your way of explaining really helps. New subscriber. Thank you.

Chris, thanks again my friend I’ll be sending an hour payment the one I’m paying my current guitar teacher due to the fact. I’ve watched many of your lessons here for free and some of them resonate. I’ve watched some of them many times over during the last 4 months I guess. It’s almost like you’ve heard me play and said Mikey try this bud. I’ve had three lessons and my teacher has yet to say just play something for me and then let’s talk about that. Thanks Chris

You're a great teacher! Could you do a video on playing unaccompanied, like what to play when someone says just play something... would it maybe be playing over a chord progression in your head. I just tend to freeze in that moment :)

Terrific lesson. Started your trial. A few questions. You sometimes use Soundslice. Will you be able to enable printing from there so that one can put the TAB on paper to use on a music stand? Secondly, does your Guilded site now include everything that is on the standard Patreon page or do I need to look at both Patreon offerings and Guilded offerings? Thanks for the help understanding.
