Sorry but I’m always putting stroll as clanger drive. As long as he exists in f1 there is an insane high chance for it to be him every week. Putting anyone else for clanger drive is insulting.

Sargeant puts in one of if not the worst performance of all 20 drivers every weekend. At least Stroll has a number of good weekends per year. For as shit as his season's been so far, he's already had two good ones: Bahrain and Australia.
@@Robalexe Sargent doesn't have a guaranteed seat. Plus Stroll has been in f1 for 6 8 years now. Stroll is far worse considering he also crashes more into others.

@@Robalexe I assume one of those 2 races is where he got 6 points, you know the race where russel flipped over and both hamiltons and maxs cars broke. If those 3 drivers weren't out of the race like most races then stroll would have gotten 9th and 2 points. As for the other race idk what you are even talking about he's never driven an aston to it's full potential. Yeah logan is pretty bad, but I am sure Stroll would be 19-20th every race too if he was in a Williams right now seeing how often he dips below top 10 in a car that has easily gon 5th+. Not to mention the 5 years of experience he has on logan and an awfully shit attitude lol

2nd place will be interesting. Charles has to have a banger race(at least a great quali). Alonso had a podium last year. Norris had a better race in China. Checo likes street courses. It might turn out to be a great race

Is the Ferrari livery not an homage to the road racers from the 1960s? I keep on seeing people saying it sucks or that it's 'underwhelming'... but with the context, I'm saying it's a banger.
That said, the two tone blue ruins it a bit.

As an American I loathe this track. It could be so much better. We have legit tracks in Florida yet we have this glorified parking lot.
Max has a 2 year benefit from Newey from now on. So 2026 it is the interesting year. I have to edited sorry. Max had Newey for more years not just 2 years.
Insane that Andretti can politically lobby and litigate their way into F1. But, OTOH there should be a clear roadmap to having > 10 teams in F1. I guess it all balances out.
F1 badly needs more teams. Too few seats for new and more drivers.
I never thought the Sherman Anti Trust Act would get name dropped here! This could get interesting, because I do think it will take legal action or government pressure for anything to change. I don't need a US team/Engine provider to be an F1 fan, but if they follow all the guidelines and still get stonewalled-then why even have an application process?

GM completely pulled out of Europe a scant 5 years ago, that's on them. Even as I root for Cadillac in WEC I could care less about the brand's chances in Europe.
If Max leaves in 25, Rb will surely buyout Norris or Alonso out of their contracts. Carlos will be the 3rd option.
Occurred to me the other day that this might be one of Hamilton’s worst tracks statistically.
One of the few he hasn’t won at, no poles either, and he’s yet to beat his teammate in the race here - will that continue

Are there really people that take you seriously after your Max hate
Ok, so Andretti are pulling at straws now? The whole wording of their argument exemplifies the attitude that got them rejected in the first place. Not that I'm saying that they deserve to be rejected or accepted, I actually don't care at all, I personally don't think more teams will make F1 more exciting but I don't think more teams would make it worse either so, I don't really have a horse in this race.
However, Andretti's assumption that they are some sort of people's champion irks me, and their argument that the decision to refuse them goes against the "American consumer" makes absolutely no sense, as the only person at detriment to that decision is Andretti themselves and they are not a consumer, so I really don't get it.
From someone who doesn't really have a preference, from the start Andretti have been doing their utmost to seem as unattractive to FOM as possible, so all this outrage makes no sense to me whatsoever. You want to win? You've got to play the game, doesn't matter if it's political or just marketing, you can't expect to just barge in and change the way things are done if there's already an established working order, that's just basic social skills, let alone professional conduct. 🤷
Anyway, like I said, I don't dislike Andretti, but it is plainly obvious to me where they have misstepped when trying to enter F1.
Ferrari blue it
I'm proud of Andretti and Congress for going the legal route. F1 wants to claim to be a worldwide sport, but over and over they take actions that show they are really just a European sport. They give all of the advantages to European teams. What I love about this even more is that it opens the door for a 12th team, because if Andretti can strongarm their way in, so can another team. I can't wait to see how this plays out. And to everyone saying Andretti has gone a very American route to try to get into F1, well this just adds fuel to the fire with legal action. lol
The american influence on F1 is not a good influence.
It cheapens the sport.

@@drewd2 F1 can still be global without including america. Loads of other countries are excluded for various reasons.
The money america has injected into F1 in the past few years has also cheapened the sport.
F1 would be better off without any american influence whatsoever.
@@procatprocat9647 You mean loads of non-European countries are excluded? Yeah, I agree, and all European countries are included. Even look at Hungary with their bad behavior and yet they get a race basically every year. Why? Because they are European. If they were Middle Eastern, Asian, or North/South American would they can such a privilege? Of course not. If F1 wants to claim being global than they have to be open to all countries around the globe.

Being lazy, eating burgers, being obnoxious, ignorantz and being terrible at geography.
The last one has just been illustrated by yourself.
Look at the list of countries that have been in the F1 calendar in the past few years.
Locate those countries on a globe. You will be shocked. There are and have been races on every continent in the world, other than Antarctica.
Read about the reasons why certain races were cancelled, included, or their cancellation was debated. This is an ongoing live situation as world events take place.
F1 is a world championship. That fact is not in any debate.
The home of F1 is indeed in Europe, more specifically in Italy and mainly in England. The culture of F1 reflects the sophisticated cultures from where it originates.
Again, america is detrimental to F1 because it brings unsophisticated, obnoxious culture, cheap glitz and .... I could go on but I will stop there because you will never be able to understand.
The american influence on F1 is not a positive influence.
It cheapens the sport imo.
