Exactly AB you're an extraordinary leader and governor across png. Cos these days every leader in any organisation deserves the title for nothing because they see themselves as above anybody else in society and they can do whatever they want. Better just call people by their names like in Australia and other Western Societies in the world. Though I understand respect is another value but it is against the concept of equality (democracy) Most Pnguineans misunderstand title as an authority over others that's why they seem to look down on people( big man syndrome) while they are in various responsibility. Whether you're a professor, doctor, pilot, lawyer, teacher, engineer, politician, accountant, priest, officer, supervisor, your value is just like a farmer/whatsoever and don't also think you're a self-reliant cos the foods that you buy/and eat, the clothes that you wear, the shelter that you sleep in, and the money that you get every fortnight comes from the contribution of everyone in a society, if you don't know that facts.
