Seriously Cut off by a Québec driver

Heading west on AutoRoute 640, just past the Deux-Montagne on ramp. If it had only been him an I on the highway, I would have thought "yeah whatever, asshole", but there was to much traffic around us to be that f'ing stupid. He obviously didn't realize that there was a lot of traffic in front of us, including vehicles on the on ramp. You can clearly see him try to speed ahead of me then realizes that there is no where to go. He then proceeds to cut me off. You can also see him tailgate the blue Honda that I was following. I did report him to the GRC\RCMP detachment in Oak, Québec and gave them this video. I hope there were able to put him in the driver's seat and charge with everything they could charge him with, even littering.
