Loyalty over respect anyday. If you care too much about respect then any random person in the street can disrespect you and then what? Too many of our people crashed out over disrespect and sitting in jails and prisons with regret over a 5 to 30 second disrespectful act or words. Not saying people cant be disloyal but loyalty is built over time with a select few so you're less like to be hurt by disloyalty than disrespect. Besides if you disrespect God He will forgive you if you sincerely repent. In a way we are disrespectful everytime we sin.
