Nessuno li viene a vedere.....!!! La LEGGE DEVE ESSERE... COSÌ!!.. SERVONO URGENTEMENTE DELLE DRASTICHE MISURE, PER FARSI'CHE NON CANTINO VITTORIA..!
    BASTA POCO PER SALVARE QUALCHUNO... MA BISOGNA CREDERCI..
    VOI LO SAPETE BENE!

      Florida law enforcement officers may temporarily detain a person if there are reasonable suspicions that the person has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a crime.. Under Florida law, a criminal Trespass occurs where a person willfully enters or remains upon property without authorization, or, if initially allowed on to the property, refuses to depart upon request of the rightful owner or occupant. And even if you are trust passing they have to ask you to leave. They asked him for id not to leave the property. These pigs esculated that.

    How in the world does a police encounter turn hostile? Answer: when they do not honor castle doctrine. An automobile is an extension of a man's home. Under the common law, a traveler is justified to protect themselves against unwarranted search and seizure [4th amendment]. This is because anyone who stops a traveler is 1st and foremost a "highwayman", a person that robs or kills travelers. The badge simply tells you they are a state agent with a set of rules and processes they must follow before they can legally commit a crime against you. That's essentially what police do, they are looking for legal ways to kidnap you or kill you. Now that you know that your law enforcment are essentaily state sponsored criminals, a gunfight is justified if your constitutional rights are violated. This Sherriff won't tell you that.

      Welfare check on a parked car in a closed public park after midnight. El Bey brought it on himself when he refused to identify himself and tried to drive away and then start shooting. But I'm guessing you already knew that. Moores and Sovereigns are head cases, right up there with boogaloo and patriot front.

      It's called a wellness check. It's not a crime they came to make sure he was ok, not drunk behind a wheel, or on drugs. He pulled a gun and got shot.

    • @JustinGulley-by3co
      @JustinGulley-by3co Месяц назад

      @@mw3309 I have never heard of welfare check on a car. Sounds like the crime of the century is people sleeping in their own car. And how are you supposed to id this person without violating their fourth amendment. We all know how hungry cops are for the id. So sleeping in your car in a public parking lot is not a crime. Which means you do not have to identify. And if they say you are trust passing they have to give you the chance to leave. No pick of a cop can claim your trust passing and detain you on the same property you was trust passing on. You can't trust pass unless someone tells you you are Trust passing. And you still have to give the chance to leave. He wasn't given a chance to leave and the cops are trying to id him for a warrant. So the pigs escalated a police encounter into violence. No pig can you use Pennsylvania versus Mims to tell him to step out of the car. It's not a traffic stop. The pigs have no jurisdiction over this man's life they took from him.
