The fact Britney speaks in a fanciful way sometimes is very understandable and reflects the fact she is surrounded by people who spar with word salad. Especially lawyers. Her fathers lawyer made a statement that is extremely questionable. The fact Britney did not discuss her issues with her father while she was gardening with him is irrelevant and speaks more to his own serious mental health issues. Britney doesn’t need these bitter psychologists poking around in her brain. It is extremely stressful and she is a sensitive person who can be terrified and react in a fight flight freeze or fawn response when she senses the psychologists are unwell people. Which they are. There is zero reason she needs any evaluation. She is right to say she wants no evaluation. She knows enough about psychologists to be extremely wary. It is a sign of intelligence and good intuition.
Her group at work who imagined she was not taking her meds may be suffering from group delusions and are probably fairly dysfunctional people. She has a right to take the time to recover from the stress and trauma she has been through. The way her own heart and soul lead her. The psychologists are probably no good and she had the right to choose her own not be given a choice of two. Please!

That she can be controlled with this little issues years ago but I have a family member who is in drug induced physcosus seeing people that aren't there wrecking his car cause he thinks people are after him and has proven himself incompetent yet we cant even speak to his doctor. Court-appointed attorney - this guy never had any intention of ending the conservatorship when it was lining ALL of their pockets. Money is the only language this guy speaks.

I was appalled and heartbroken listening to Britney's testimony. That a father can take control of his 39 year old daughter and even dictate what she did with her body in this day and age I was gobsmacked. This is like something out of a Victorian Gothic novel in which a woman who was the heir to a fortune was confined to her room to prevent hér marrying. She was a happy highly talented young woman driven to a mental breakdown by the demands on her. She was suffering post natal depression and the trauma of the breakup of her marriage. Her behaviour was a cry for help and no one was listening.

From the doc the lawyer was not chose by Britney in the first place (the court said she is not capable of choosing one), definitely they has no idea or at least ignoring her wish.

My hope is that everyone in the country becomes informed enough to understand how deep the crises is for the many conservator/guardianship victims nationwide. Let me put it in perspective how greed and corruption has morphed into the enterprise that it is today….. in the 1980’s there was about 300,000 conservatorship/guardianship cases nationwide….. Today there is an estimated 1.5 million (possibly even more that are concealed)! Guardinship/conservatorship is a nationwide crises with no real help or program to assist people get out. Having these hard conversations and guiding ourselves through the mess is the best way to equate progress. The discomfort in these conversations is not a bad thing. In this discomfort, it can be the beginning of a learning movement. Many of us have a passionate desire to spark and create a positive transformation of the current family court and probate system where judges have total immunity and we are all owned/at the mercy of the National Bar Association. Let’s stand United and hold every State & Country, accountable! I was appalled and heartbroken listening to Britney's testimony. That a father can take control of his 39 year old daughter and even dictate what she did with her body in this day and age I was gobsmacked. This is like something out of a Victorian Gothic novel in which a woman who was the heir to a fortune was confined to her room to prevent hér marrying. She was a happy highly talented young woman driven to a mental breakdown by the demands on her. She was suffering post natal depression and the trauma of the breakup of her marriage. Her behaviour was a cry for help and no one was listening.
Her lawyer was getting $30,000 per month. Of course he's not going to tell her she can end the arrangement.

Especially if a person feels upset about their circumstances and alone too. Also, it cannot be all that easy being in the public spotlight and knowing that people are talking smack. Scrutinizing the things you're doin, and all the time around people were saying, "She's this, that, and the other (fill in the blank). That's hard. People don't understand how hard life can be and how certain situations really feel, if they've never been through something like that. So it's easy, so easy to judge. But it's not for us to always make assumptions about another person. Especially hard for her probably was she was a new mom. And young too. That's a lot of pressure.
Britney deserves respect and the freedom that she has been denied. I hope she will get the justice she deserves.

My hope is that everyone in the country becomes informed enough to understand how deep the crises is for the many conservator/guardianship victims nationwide.
Let me put it in perspective how greed and corruption has morphed into the enterprise that it is today….. in the 1980’s there was about 300,000 conservatorship/guardianship cases nationwide…..
Today there is an estimated 1.5 million (possibly even more that are concealed)!
Guardinship/conservatorship is a nationwide crises with no real help or program to assist people get out.
Having these hard conversations and guiding ourselves through the mess is the best way to equate progress.
The discomfort in these conversations is not a bad thing. In this discomfort, it can be the beginning of a learning movement.
Many of us have a passionate desire to spark and create a positive transformation of the current family court and probate system where judges have total immunity and we are all owned/at the mercy of the National Bar Association.
