    This reminds me of when I was a young girl in elementary school. My best friend’s mom used to season and coat chicken with semi-crushed corn flakes, then bake it. It was like fried chicken. Haven’t thought about it in years, but it was one of my favorite things back then. Nice to see a vegan version. They look good!
