I was at a metal concert recently with my partner and I'm in a wheelchair and while they were going to the restroom I tried to find our seats. Unfortunately my wheel got caught on a threshold and I fell out of my chair. This, for lack of a better word, unit of a man with hair longer than mine asked if I was okay and offered his help, and when I said yes he just picks me up like I'm nothing and places me back in my chair then proceeds to keep the path clear to the handicap section while just talking and asking how I was doing. I usually get ignored in public but never at a metal show.
