Their char siew is just ok. Dont try to have any high expectations on their char siew. But their dry noodle is really one of the best. I think is the sauce for the dry noodle that really differentiates them from others.
95% coffee shop have at least one small outlet selling wonton mee. But of it, is of very poor quality and obvious substandard. It is very difficult to find a good wanton mee stall. Every outlet claim that they are the best. But never come close to acceptable standard.

I wonder what kind of brand they use for the base sauce? Homemade or ready bought.Some base are black sweet sauce and some are lighter one like kok kee wanton mee.

One of the better Wanton noodles stall in Subang Jaya. Their huge Sui Kau and minced pork dry type wanton noodles is a must try. Yummy!😋
