carnivore has done wonders for me. I tried to add fruit to it but all it did was bring back sugar cravings, i’m off fruit again for 2 days and already lost weight. i’m proud of you, keep going!
I started July 11! So far, I’ve lost 30-35 lbs and my blood sugars have gone from 180-200 in the mornings to 90’s-120’s. Type 2 was getting out of control and that’s why I started. I feel so much better, I can’t believe it! I go for my labs in October to see how everything thing is that way and hopefully it’ll show improvement.
That's amazing! I haven't ever had my labs done, I know I should I'm just such a procrastinator. But I do know that I'm feeling so much better so I'm thinking whatever they were before I started they are probably better now lol
was keto form of diet for allergies for 20 years, post menopause gained 22 lbs still strict keto, so started transitioning to carnivore. Gained another 10lbs, been strict carnivore omad for 3 weeks and already lost 11 lbs... aged 65
It will change everything. Inflammation will go away, body and organs will heal first. Start to glow 🌟 and smile. I could sing the whole day. So much muscle, just wait
I tried the 3 day Sardine fast a few weeks ago, I posted a video about it. But, other than that... every few days I skip breakfast just because I'm not hungry. I don't do any fasting other than that
Very well done and keep it going. Are you OMAD and what's your activity level? I've been on the carnivore diet for about 10 weeks now and have lost about 33 pounds. Basically what I'm trying to play with now is my macros. There are some days where during the day I feel a little bit sluggish and some days feel great. I have noticed when I exercise in the morning I am a bit sluggish throughout the day even with a 500-600 calorie snack around 9 am.
I typically eat breakfast - bacon, eggs, and ground beef - then I eat dinner - veal/steak and either fish or lamb. I don't ever notice any sluggishness other than what I consider normal for myself lol. I posted a video titled What I Eat in a Week if you would like to see
been on it for almost 4 weeks, only lost about 11lbs.... Im desperate. Really dont want to do wegovy, all my friends are on it!!! They're losing weight, i need to lose another 20lbs. Wish me luck 😂😢😅
I would say maybe try BBB&E if you're wanting to stay Carnivore. That's when my weight-loss really took off. Have you watched Dr. Berry's videos on BBB&E?

I’m on day 31 today! Thanks for sharing your update it helps to see realistic results. I started at 208 and have been holding 199 for about 4 days now.
That happens to me every so often, I'll stay at a weight for several days, then drop about 2 pounds. Thanks for watching and I'd love to hear how it goes for you as you get closer to whatever goal you have set!

Are you doing any fasting? That will help reset your body too I believe. I’ve been incorporating that into my routine and it’s helping me

@HookedonCarnivore had a head ache, but nothing more salt didn't take care of. Drinking lots of water. I feel great. Not sluggish.
