Signed in just to comment. Your way of teaching is excellent. Very specific, repetitive enough, and starts off slow. Buildup was excellent too. Thank you for posting.
I like the turn around. I do believe those notes are used in quite a few classic rock songs. Moby Dick by Zeppelin, One Way out by Allman brothers and others as well. Crossroads by Cream I think. I wrote one using those notes called "Junk Iron" Lol. Nice lesson, thanks.
A big thank you from Canada. It's helped me to get started and very satisfying to play something meaningful even though l don't really understand the theory yet. PS. I've also enjoyed your country lesson in C.
Thank you for jumping right into the lesson without talking everyone's ear off. Too many lessons are guilty of that (Scott!). It's annoying and makes learning unbearable.
RUclips tutorials do not compare to someone sitting directly across from you providing personalized feedback. With RUclips it is easier than ever to be a self-taught musician, but that does not make it any less ideal to learn one on one from a master who has been perfecting his craft for generations.
@@pdogcentra8648 RUclips is the way to go, as has been said, why spend copius amounts of cash on a personal instructor when you can achieve the same results from youtube instructors...unless of course you are just looking for someone to congratulate you on every note you manage to get right.
Great, Thanks for the lesson! I'll try this on my looper to see how it sounds. BTW, how much fret buzzing is normal? It seems like your bass does this, as well as mine does. Thanks again.
Brian, Excellent job. Just needed to hear how many times each change was made. Had to watch a few times since I'm use to l x 4 IV x 2 l x 2 Vx 1 IV x 1 Then 1/ V T around. KOH
if this is your very first day of picking up a bass, then watch this, but this is like watching someone teach you how to dribble a basketball, bounce the ball like this and continue to bounce the ball now use your other hand.

Buzz buzz buzz. Lesson is very good. Bass sounds really bad (angry bee🐝). Maybe it needs a set up.

A whole lot of buzz coming from that guitar. At least have it set up correctly.
THAT GUYS NAME IS TALLY, HIS LAST NAME IS WHACKER.
Someone tell this guy "chords" are three notes or more played at the same time.
i may be wrong but its typically 3 or more but wouldnt octaves technically be chords?
+Big Schnitzel yes if your playing octaves = chords
+Big Schnitzel one note at a time, is one note at a time, nothing else.
+bluhmer777 don't judge me you antisemitic nazi
+Jewish Evangelist, Bass players play one note at a time, the notes that make up the D maj chord or the notes in the D maj scale.
Great, thanks!
