If your not running Perfect Pass springs you should, they work really well for keeping them babies on the ground, it's a stiffer set up.
Compress your shocks the front and back should be very stiff. The rear shocks should not move, but they will compress a bit, the front should be more movable than the rear. Lock up your rear diff/center, and use a lighter fluid for the front. the rear and center ndiff should not spin when you twist the cups. They front can be the same, but can spin a little bit, but not much. The sweet gear for the center should be a spool and it should be 34. You go up on the pinion only, and you want to see over 300 amps in the data read out. Yes, run a 8s or higher CAP pack if you don't have it now. I wish you safe runs.
@@samcourtrc6767 yeah I’m running the max6 g2 1250kv Combo. I’d had the feeling the xlx2 is the next step. My amps are really high and the xlx2 can handle it
@@Nelsonmccallum27 xlx2 is the way forward buddy my v2 infraction is running the mmx8 with the 1650 kv motor 34 spool with a 32 pinion and iv seen 140 with it you could try the mmx8 as well bro very good esc as well and cheaper to bay

@@Nelsonmccallum27 ur welcome buddy me and my mate are busting to get out but are weather in Northern Ireland Belfast is crap atm lol what’s ur gearing Nelson try coming down 2 teeth on the pinion if ur running any thing over a 40 tooth
I had a similar issue with a limitless v1 spool in my v5 typhon but it also bent my 1520 motor shaft....took me a while to find the issue with the shaft....
Oh and be careful with that max 6, if it goes into thermo you can't reset it. After you do about two runs stop and let it cool off really good. Don't by any esc's from amazon, because your warranty is reduced to 30 days only. I got lucky after two replacements, thermo locked both of them one with 3 back to back runs, and the replacement locked up with one 75 mph run. I use game changer fans, but they did not help, but work great with the xlx2 and the xlx 8s escs.

I locked all 3 diffs... i have a 34t spur 39t pinion i was thinking going down to 30 spur 45 pinion

I have two 160amp max6 4985 what do you think I could get speed wise or will I fry it it’s the 1650kv
