That happened to me a few times when I modded my PS2 slim using toilet paper and a cut plastic straw. I removed that stuff from my console, and it worked fine. I inserted some fresh toilet paper into the two sensors and I turned the straw around and put it back in the third sensor. If you modded your console by opening it and putting tape on that one sensor, you might want to open the console again and replace the tape.
how do you burn the games. i burnt duke nukem but it doesnt work. it doesnt load the game to the ps logo. but it work on psx emulator . but i wanna play it on my ps2. maybe i burnt the game in the wrong format
You don't need swap disc, you can use any game with online multiplayer support to swap, or many other games that including ELF files. (i.e. demo versions)

nice, this worked...but you really didnt say how to hold down back switch. i had to remove cover and duck tape it down

there is a switch in back. worked best for me to open and tape down. then put top on. and put qtip in front to push button down.

You can burn the decoy with ulaunch, then install freemcboot, and then launch any ps2 games at your console!
