you can actually know the key of the sample inside fl by 2 ways double click the sample on the channel rack and right click and then select edit in pitch corrector , it will show what notes are being played in the melody by displaying them on the piano roll 2nd way is doing the same as if u were to detect the pitch regions of an 808 and it will show the notes of the audio file being played

+randomkzable you have to turn off the pattern mode when the randomizer window pops up, and make sure to click the "levels" button
