I'm trying once more to get back into healthy fitness lifestyle but it's rough with all past injuries and inbalances in my body + being almost 40, a father of 2 and having barely any free time isn't helping either. But I'm trying and your videos are helping with keeping the momentum going and choosing the right stuff, so thank you and good luck with future plans !!

Well done on reaching 500k subscribers. I've found your videos so useful. I discovered them once I started working remote for work and wanted to find ways to exercise at home. I like that you cover a lot of bodyweight only exercies as I had to get rid of my dumbells and other equipment recently, but now find I don't really miss them. I'm able to fit in small and quick bodyweight only workouts on breaks during the day and it's really transformed the way I exercise. Or a more accurate way to put it is that it's got me exercising at all! I'm looking forward to seeing more appearances of Dash and the vlog idea sounds interesting too. Awesome stuff 🎉

Hey! Congrats! I'll never forget how your pull up video opened me up to appreciate working out because it made me realize what I thought was impossible is possible. I struggled with pull ups all my life and got picked on in school for not being able to do a single pull up or chin up. Thanks to those negatives, I got my first chin up back in March 2019 and first pull up in May 2019. Vlogs will be great! Hiking trips to some nature trails would be sweet!

I stumbled onto your channel about a year or so ago when I started calisthenics to get in better shape. You really helped inspire many of the workouts and stretch routines I still do. I work at a desk and on my ass for hours a day. You can relate and so I trust in your advice and it hasn’t led me astray.

Apparently I'm an early adopter. I bought duonamic ages ago, and on my own, bought the trangular screw carabineers, rings, and abdominal crunch straps. Tbh, i didn't even know they offered such things
