So in these plea deals using the 5th amendment can only be used if the question would incriminate the person on the stand directly but the judge will not accept using the 5th amendment to answer questions about crimes other people in YSL committed or the plea deal could be revoked
Exactly a lot of people don't know how the Fifth Amendment works you can only plead the fifth if it's incriminating yourself and if you already put guilty to being in the YSL gang there's no more further incrimination of being in that gang so they are going to have to answer ?s they think the can plead the 5th on

They offered the plea with a statement attached, because the State didn't have a strong case all. If the case was strong, the FEDS would have picked up the case quick fast and in a hurry.
