Joe, big respect on you channel man, im a 52 year old natural bodybuilder UK champion, I found Pat extremely interesting especially that he trains folks suffering with parkinsons as I also train my 76 year old farther who has Parkinsons disease. He struggles to walk now BUT when he carries heavy objects its like his mind forgets the parkinsons and he walks fine. Keep up the great work man and stay fit.

I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep last night but I needed to be somewhere important today. Even though my brain was foggy and I felt physical pain from my lack of sleep, it doesn’t even come close to the challenges guys like this have been through. Instead of giving in to feeling like crap I went for a run and a bike ride instead and it helped me make it through the day. So inspirational.

I spent 20 years doing pc work at a desk and smoking and eating fast food every other day until I had a stroke ay age 38. Now I have quit smoking and fast food and have been working out to become my own style of body building, I have done this through 3 sets of broken ribs, hernia , inflamation of internal organs and I feel fantastic now. I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep last night but I needed to be somewhere important today. Even though my brain was foggy and I felt physical pain from my lack of sleep, it doesn’t even come close to the challenges guys like this have been through. Instead of giving in to feeling like crap I went for a run and a bike ride instead and it helped me make it through the day. So inspirational.

Now I have quit smoking and fast food and have been working out to become my own style of body building, I have done this through 3 sets of broken ribs, hernia , inflamation of internal organs and I feel fantastic now.
