- Cole Custer was fuming at the end of the Xfinity race at Charlotte. Among other things, he said Austin Hill drove like "a pissed off teenager" during their incident. Frontstretch's Stephen Stumpf caught up with him.

Austin Hill is a crybaby.
Austin Hill fits in perfectly with his car owner, total jerks who just need to learn to keep their mouth shut and not act like an ass every time that they think they’re being victimized. Life doesn’t work that way and they’re not always the victim, it’s the old Kyle Bush mentality.

Couldn't agree more. Hill blames everyone he can't pass with ease. Almost every race he's crying about some driver who raced him hard. If I was RC I would have to think twice about Hill going to Cup or maybe how much longer he's in the 21. Because what he did going down the backstretch pushing the 00 was a driver loosing control of his emotions and using his car as a weapon. NASCAR should set him out for at least two races and a heavy fine. Maybe he's feeling the pressure of how great his teammate is and going to be. Have a great holiday weekend my friend. Easily one of the most hated drivers in nascar and for a good reason. I turned on hill at Cota bro drives like a dumbass and blames everything on other. The face him and blaney are the same age puts it into perspective. Blaney is a cup series champ while hill throws a temper tantrum every week.

Hill showed his true colors last playoff season in his temper tantrum with Creed and has done nothing but reinforce his douchiness this season. In CUP, RCR has a "has been" in Busch, a "never was going to be" in Austin Dillon and a "never will be" in Austin Hill. There is a particular type of driver RCR likes and that profile is not relevant now. Wish these old team owners would just get on down the road and let the sport progress past the good ol' boys club it's always been.

It is pretty clear that Hill cannot control his emotions and that he believes that all drivers should move out of the way for him, it is also clear that RC is responsible for enabling his behavior. NASCAR won't do a thing as they don't penalize RC.

What does anyone expect? Austin Hill is a Childress driver, who's still drunk on his legacy of Earnhardt and his tough guy attitude.
Whatever anyone thinks of Stenhouse, Busch clearly was intensional when he wrecked Ricky at North Wilkesboro, and Ricky gets fined for being mad about it.
Austin Hill is just following the company line and intensionally wrecking whoever he's frustrated with.
You know Cole saved himself a fine, but typically NASCAR isn't going to do anything to Austin Hill or Richard Childress.

Richard Childress is a weak leader and team owner. He enables this kind of behavior because he is also a man child. RCR is most definitely the most toxic organization in the sport right now. Andy Petree has also repeatedly shown poor leadership and emotional instability.
