No it isn’t sad, it’s damn despicable. Sterling Brown should have received nothing more than a ticket. Instead he was placed in handcuffs, thrown to the ground, and tased. To make matters worse, this idiot went on to joke about the situation on social. He needs to be fired and charges should be brought against him. I HATE how the cops that deliberately abuse their abuse their power are protected by shield. Officers are above the law and to be honest, it echoes the past when cops could do practically whatever they want with impunity. It’s disgusting and I’m tired of hearing about there’s good cops too. Any cop that would want to continue to work alongside an officer that not only abused his power, but joked about abusing it - isn’t a good cop.

I hundred percent agree with Max on this one. The officer did a horrible job and although that man did violate the law he did not deserve to be tased. There are some great officers and there are some really bad officers who don’t do a great job. .

Sterling Brown was initially wrong in his parking in 2 handicap areas, he came out and the officer questioned him, all legit. From there the officers demeanor should've been just issue warning/ticket if all documents cleared and done!!!!! but no!!!!! An arrogant officer trying to demand respect because "he's LAW" is beyond stupid.
If the cop was that concerned about someone violating a parking lot law at 2 am than the cop should have written out a ticket and placed the ticket in the car window and then go about his business. That's what the meter maid does. No this cop and the other cops who showed up wanted a fight. So how is Sterling Brown's the lawsuit going?
