I think the story is about the girl and the boy you can see at the beginning of the video. He tries to save her, but it doesn't work in the end. Maybe the lyrics are describing the relationship of these two? (sorry for the grammar, I'm from germany)
Aaron was not able to play drums on the new record due to his relapse with MS... Jordan Hastings from Alexisonfire jumped in, played the drums on the record (amazing job!) and is now on tour with them, too. The guys don´t know yet, when Aaron will be back but he is doing everything he can to be back behind the drumkit soon!:)

Ich denke das es geht um die Probleme in der Gesellschaft. Die 'Klone' stellen die unterdrückten, oder genormten (?) Individuen dar. Der rote Stein, bzw die Flüssigkeit, stellt die Kritik an die Gesellschaft dar. Sie wird von einer Person zur anderen weitergegeben und das wollen die Unterdrücker verhindern, deshalb verfolgen sie die beiden. Diese tragen Masken, die symbolisieren, dass sie die Wahrheit nicht sehen und das vielleicht auch gar nicht wollen. Das ist zumindest meine Theorie :D
sry but this sounds like normal radio rock, nothing special, Billy talent 1-3 were quite nice and had a agressive sound but this sound just boring. Hope the other songs on the album are better
