- Michael Malice (“YOUR WELCOME”) welcomes comedian Dave Smith, and senior counsel at the Internet Accountability Project, Will Chamberlain, to discuss their opposing views on the war in Israel, why an internationally accepted solution to this war is very difficult, and how this conflict has the potential to drastically change the public opinion of Israel and Palestine.

Is it possible to get David D Friedman on the show to talk about anarcho capitalism?
Getting a COVID shot ad in the middle of this conversation was my favorite moment of this episode!

Michael's "repeal the 19th" joke was perfectly timed.
behind every joke there's a small amount of truth to it altho in this case there's a lot. pre suffrage the economy was in top shape. the so called gilded age had less inflation than today's liberal era.

Joke?
But FR, repeal it lol
I was startled how Dave seemed to totally miss what he was saying.
Pretty sure that's why MM cut it right after that. Made sure his obliviousness hit home, hah.
It was a relief to see this topic discussed intelligently by gentlemen with opposing views without all the rancor and gotchas. It was a beautiful thing; particularly when Will was talking (who was expressing my position better than I ever could) though I've been a regular listener, and mostly a supporter, of Dave's stuff over the years. Thank you.
Still waiting on a Dave Smith Bari Weiss debate. Or Douglas Murray
You think Dave would be the one to say no to that debate? It's funny how the biggest defenders of anything Isreal does don't want to debate anyone older than college kids.
Yes!! I would love to see him and Douglas Murray talk about this!!! I love Douglas Murray. I’ve read most of his books and I think he’s great on most things. I’ve been really disappointed in his take on Israel. I’d love to see what he has to say to some of the points Dave would make

I miss those days
Micheal trying to save Will from the fact that Isreal is an apartheid state (which he admitted to) was actually disappointing. Not the moment for a joke, Will walked his entire argument off a cliff the 3rd party in the conversation shouldn’t rescue one of the two principal parties
Agreed. He should’ve let him answer and show his true hand.
Would you rather live under Israeli rule or some Islamic rule?
@@brent3086wether you’d rather live under Israeli rule or another country’s rule doesn’t change the fact that it’s apartheid by definition. For example. South Africa was apartheid. Would you rather live in apartheid South Africa or in rawanda…. Most would rather live in South Africa. It was still apartheid…..
Will said it all when he admitted that Israel is 1 state and there is a group of people within the state that should not have any rights..... Yup that does not sound crazy to me... Wtf lol
He also conceded that Gaza is ruled by terrorists (Hamas) that don’t care about Palestinians, and that’s why civilians in Gaza can’t be given sovereignty, while simultaneously claiming that these powerless Palestinians need to “make peace.” And by “make peace,” he means surrender to Israeli demands. He also loves speaking in collectivist terms by conflating Palestinian civilians and Hamas
And by that logic the US civilian population can be targeted because clearly we are governed by the largest terrorist organization in the world
AMDG
He has openly claimed he's a "nationalist." What do you expect? I hope it's not methodological individualism
Are you saying Israel have controlled Gaza for the past 20 years? And that Hamas are just an imagination? And that all the rockets fired from Gaza are a psyop? And that the jews are actually aliens in disguise?
I suppose you’re unaware that that’s what a country is. A country is a state with anywhere from everyone to a few people not having any rights. Some countries are authoritarian and no one has rights and some countries are free and only some people don’t have any rights. But there isn’t a place on earth and where everyone has human rights.
As Michael aptly said, "A very 'special' episode."

It’s actually surprisingly easy to prove that OBL was used by western intelligence. Operation Cyclone aimed to suck the Soviets into a resource-draining proxy war in Afghanistan with the Mujahideen (the US wanted to give Soviet their equivalent of Vietnam). The CIA literally dug out the Tora Bora Cave System that OBL and his fighters were allegedly hiding in when US forces invaded following 9/11.
In 1978, George W. Bush founded Arbusto Energy, a Texas oil company. An early investment came from James Bath, coincidentally a representative for Saudi businessman Salem bin Laden, the oldest son of Mohammed bin Laden and the older brother of Osama Bin Laden. What’s more shocking is the fact that several bin Laden family members invested millions in the Carlyle Group, a private global equity firm based in Washington, DC. The Carlyle Group’s senior advisor was none other than George W. Bush’s father, the former President and Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) George H.W. Bush. (Fun fact: CIA headquarters in Virginia is literally named the “George Bush Center for Intelligence.”)
Even more shocking than that is the fact that on Sept. 11, 2001, members of the Carlyle Group - including George H.W. Bush, and his former secretary of state, James Baker - were meeting at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, DC along with Shafiq bin Laden, another one of Osama bin Laden’s brothers. But, believe it or not, it gets better. While all flights were halted following the terrorist attacks, there was one exception made: The White House authorized planes to pick up 140 Saudi nationals, including 24 members of the bin Laden family, living in various cities in the U.S. to bring them back to Saudi Arabia, where they would be safe. This ensured that they would never be interrogated. They still haven’t been to this day.
After news of the bin Laden-Bush connection became public, the elder Bush stepped down from Carlyle. Journalist/writer Craig Unger reportedly traced $1.4 billion in investments by the Saudis to friends and business organizations closely associated with the Bush family.
The radicalization and precarious economic circumstances in the Middle East are no accident. The UK, US and Israel have intentionally encouraged what politicians like Henry Kissinger call a “state of tension” in the ME through the orchestration of one coup after another (look at how developed Iran was before the 1953 CIA-backed coup), the endless funding and arming of Islamic extremists and even the funding of fundamentalist mosques and reading material (propaganda) to ramp up radicalization. More recently, the CIA tried to carry out a peaceful coup (color revolution) in Turkey through Muhammed Fethullah Gülen, who now resides in Pennsylvania. This type of meddling has been going on for a very long time, especially in that region. Modern Islamic terrorism is basically a western creation: www.corbettreport.com/alqaeda/

How come they're firing on Civilians to the point they have accidently killed Christians just walking around mistaking them for "HAMAS" somehow despite them not being armed?
Wake up clown, this is 9\11 all over again, planned by US and Israeli intelligence.
Now look at the billions we gave Iran to fund HAMAS during obama admin, then look at the Billions in assets we gave Iran DAYS before the Attack on Oct 7th.
Stop being sheep. Wake up.
Two serious questions: is property damage violence? Does property damage violate NAP?
Yes and yes.
Yes, technically, but people usually mean physical harm to a person when they use the word violence
of course it can be. does it re-order your life against your will?
@@Blackeye808 i specifically thought about rioters, and how the state has been able to enact violence against them. I agree, just wondered in regards to blm and how theyre widely held unaccountable.
My main ponderance came from how many states do not allow, and will punish you severely, for using force to protect your property, and how that policy is a violation of natural rights.
Property destruction, or theft, is generally considered "aggression" under the NAP, but not violence per se.
Under us law you may defend your property with "ordinary" (that is non-lethal) force, arson is another matter entirely.
There is a simpler solution: Sometimes groups dislike each other and fight. A completely natural phenomena.
Woah! Revolutionary idea!
And sometimes that fighting is none of your business
@@darbyohara it is none of my business.
@@darbyoharait is my business whenever both sides are getting funded by my tax dollars
Will "I Dont Like Sources that dont fit my narrative" Chamberlain
That goes for you too.
Dave Smith crushes another!
I feel like, i dont understand why you can't win property through war. That's just how it has always been.
Conquest (i.e. the assumption and subjugation of territory through military force) is proscribed by Article II of the UN Charter. The Israeli government agreed to abide by the Charter in 1949.
Of course, laws are just words on paper. Power is all that matters in the real world.
It was nice of Michael to try to end the beating Will was taking at 48 minutes with the 19th amendment joke. Even though I know this wasn't a debate, when Will fell right into the apartheid state position, that was it for the conversation. After that it was just cognitive dissonance.
“They shouldn’t be allowed to leave the house.” And I thought Dave was the comic on the panel. MM is a better anarchist and comedian. 😂
What you're saying is correct. But also it isn't Apartheid any more than having criminals who can't leave prison is Apartheid.
@@ReallyAwesomeBoy criminals entire families and neighbors aren’t in prison with them tho. This should be obvious…
@@troypisano5409 Okay it's a little more Apartheid than that. But prisoners neighbors are in fact also in prison, and their entire family is there with them if they are also criminal.
@@ReallyAwesomeBoy You can't just arbitrarily label the population of Gaza as criminals that's insane. Its a terrible analogy and you know it. People aren't born and raised in prison. People who've done no wrong don't belong in prison. They happen to be ruled by shitty people that got voted for almost 2 decades ago. That doesn't justify what is happening or has happened to them. Of course they're not all innocent. But just as they aren't all innocent they aren't all guilty. Frankly i'd be willing to be there's more innocent than guilty.
I think the religious aspect is missed. That is the underlying issue
Dave Smith: Ok I'm glad you concede that, but now here you've got a next really big problem...
Will Chamberlain: *Shits Pants*

Failed comedian Dave Smith and notable underwear model Michael Malice are great together.
9/11 and the Oct 7 attack are not comparable because the U.S. Was not occupying or blockading any country from which the attackers came. The U.S. was definitely responsible for foreign policy that angered people in the middle-east, but nothing on the level of Israel's behavior toward Gaza/its population. In this sense, the Oct 7 attacks have a much clearer motive. Violence is never justified, but it's much more expected. It was horrible, but was anyone shocked that Hamas might attack Israel or vice versa???
Violence is never justified? That really is a utopian fantasy.
I fucking love you lol
Why do people still invite Will on their shows? He will never see any other side of any Israeli conflict issue. Waste.
At this point I think both sides should go f*ck themselves.
It good to hear the zionist position, so you can see how biased and draconian it is. I hope that's why people have hom on, so the world can hear him calmly explain how Palestinians deserve no basic human rights
Wilt can read Hamas' mind... how many minds is that exactly?
Will brings up Oct 7 a million times without talking about what Israel was doing before then 🌚
What was Israel doing before then?
Or what they did that day
Including shelling their own civilians and then revising their casuality numbers by half.
@@Jackaroo.Nakba
Same with Ukraine. They love talking about 2022 but never the years preceding it and the events leading up to it.
So you’re defending the actions of Oct 7? What do you suggest the response should be?
Lawyers are a joke. Make a case no matter what. Lame but educational.
I have a headache & it’s not even over yet 😮💨
Dave was out autismed on this one 😅

I thought it was gonna have Wilt The Stilt now I’m disappointed
Instead you got Will the Still. Or better yet, Will the Shill.
