You could try to set the AI to 0% for mods like this to see if they can handle it then, because I think the higher the AI, the worse they handle it because they're braking later and try to carry much more speed into corners.

I wonder if rear locking with rear brakes only wouldn’t be so much of an issue in real life with more feel and easier to catch micro slides, since it’s the same way in karting, with only rear brakes, and locking up is mostly a non-issue
