I started putting the eyeshadow after the liner about a year ago and I couldn't go back! I love the lived-in, softer look it creates, and I find that it's much more "harmonic" than it is when putting the eyeliner or pencil on top of the eyeshadow, which makes it feel like the liner is unnecessary or too much.

I tried your trick- removing the foundation from your nose- and it might just be the best makeup tip I have ever had! I have had so many issues with an over oily nose, and my foundation settling into pores of my nose and looking awful. I removed the foundation today and it looked so natural and my pores weren’t working overtime, producing too much oil. It was if the pores of my nose couldn’t breathe until I removed the foundation! I love it. I will do this from now on. One thing I did, though, was to powder my nose so that it matched my face after foundation removal. Merci beaucoup!
St. Driscoll did you put the foundation on your nose and then removed the excess or did you not apply any. I have similar issue to yours but my pores are bigger so it would be great if mine works the way it worked on yours.

I’ve been doing the no foundation on the nose trick for about 2 months now. It’s amazing! I look natural even when I use a little more foundation than I do normally. This one little change made the biggest difference in my base. Best trick ever! Thanks Violette ❤️

seeing comments of people shocked about her pregnancy statement is kinda funny also shows that there's a gap between social media users. some really just follow channels on yt and that's it while some would actually follow their other socials. so yeah, those who follow her on IG knows about it for a while now & if you noticed several of her videos before this, she kinda didn't show her abdomen much. anyway, congrats violette!
Beautiful! One reason the shadows might appear more strongly is because of the color of the clothing we are wearing around our face or neck. Some colors just suit you better, while others make skin look a little more tired :)

Honestly, I don't know how she does it. If I "drag" the beauty blender across my skin the foundation looks terrible. If I try to fix my blush with my hands it's a disaster. But she achieves effortless perfection. Every time. Congratulations, Violette!

I love the burgundy eyeliner, I used to be able to get a Rimmel pencil that was kind of a “ burgundy-wine “ , but they don’t have it available in the US anymore. I miss the Chianti shade , it was my favorite. Now that my brunette hair is auburn, I’d love to try a burgundy again, to see what it looks like.

I love this look! Congrats on the baby girl...I battled with bronchitis for too long, the meds they gave me did not work. So I made 1 cup ginger root tea with lemon and honey a night. It cleared it in a few days. 1 inch ginger root slices, 1 cup of water, bring to boil and then simmer 20 minutes. Add honey and lemon to flavor. And it is safe in pregnancy, as it as helps with the nausea.
