I think I ain,t gone do that this way. Making a Ciabatta bread is quicker. Its a weth dough two times raese 35 min. Outside the Ninja normal temperatuur. After 35 min. Streching and foulding in four directions. Let it rest 35 min. Stretch and fould again let it rest now in your airfry pot with bakingpaper under it 35 minuts. Let it rease once again. Without turning the Ninja on. So normal temperatur. Then your ready to bake the bread. Take Air fry baking 35 minuts. Or steam with less water 125ml. Remember your bread is already with more water then a normal bread. Thats why you need the baking paper under it.
