This song has kind of like a kind of apocalyptic kind of vibe in my opinion. "So long, this is harder than you know, but we'll remember everything, it's tough to let it go", "Where did we go wrong" "You won't find me there, I'm already gone" I know this song is more of a song about love. But since most music is open art I like to think it of having sort of apocalyptic vibes

As for the Star Wars influence, it's an influence and not a copy. That means it's assisted in shaping the direction of the video though is not solidly themed on it. I'm not a Star Wars fan so I can't be comparing and pretending to know everything here, but if it's not referencing the film enough then the reason is as stated above.

I have a fun little story. A few months ago, I decided to go with my friend to SOMA in San Diego to see Crown the Empire, Blessthefall, etc., and we got spots in the barrier. Once Blessthefall went full-on metal everyone started going apeshit and threw my friend's face into a speaker on the stage. She came back up with a bloody nose bridge and while Bo was singing he noticed her face covered in blood. Bo pointed it out, looking concerned. She made a "s'all good man" gesture and he continued with the rest of the verses. After Bo finished it he yelled to the audience, "Shoutout to the girl with the bloody nose! She's the toughest one here!" Afterwards I ended up catching his empty water bottle and decided to give it to my friend to cheer her up some more. That day my friend got Bo's concern, approval, and his DNA.
