Great Video and options to carry extra Fuel. Another option I came across is the WCJ Long Hauler Auxiliary Fuel System Kit which holds an additional 13.5 Gallons of Fuel which is directly siphoned into the PWC's Main Fuel Tank (Auxiliary Fuel Tank empties first / both Tanks Full at the beginning of the trip). WCJ states that it works with all Yamaha and Kawasaki Pwc's and Sea Doo's prior to the 2012 Model year. I personally own a 2015 Sea Doo GTX iS 260 Limited that I struggled with Salt Water entering my Fuel Tank through the Vent Valve that's incorporated into the Fuel Filler Cap on the Port side Gunnel. I discovered Sea Doo's change to the Fuel Vent System from a WCJ Video describing the Long Hauler Auxiliary Fuel System Kit & what Makes and years it is compatible with. Over a year ago I was able to locate an earlier used Vent System an Fuel Filler Cap from a Pre-2012 Sea Doo and I retrofitted my Ski with the earlier Vent System including drilling / tapping 1/8" NPT and fitting a Brass 1/4" Barb Nipple in the top of the Fuel Pump Module (I'm a retired Professional Wrench). These modifications stopped the Salt Water ingress of my PWC's Fuel System and also makes it possible to use the WCJ Long Hauler Auxiliary Fuel System Kit or something similar. So anyone with a compatible PWC and an existing Rear Rack could find a similarly designed Marine Portable Fuel Tank that would fit their existing Rack and procure the proper plumbing and put their own custom Kit togeter. I have one on my FX SVHO and it is fantastic. Your gas gauge stays at 100% until the secondary tank is empty then you know you have a full tank to go. Also no trying to fill that low Yamaha gas fill on rough water.
Omg I’ll definitely be getting that big rack for some long trips next year. There’s usually enough room in my storage compartment for a cooler. An extra 15.9 gallons of fuel will not only run me all day but allow me to fill back up with gas at a gas station on the trailer instead of paying an extra $1.50/gallon for dockside gas.
Would you ever buy a Yamaha Fx svho to do the riding that you do? Just curious if you’ve ever thought you wanted more speed and a hull that tracked better?
Hi. Just picked up a 2023 GTX 170. Is there anyway to change the minutes on the clock. I can only change the hours and nothing in the Manual shows nothing about changing minutes. Keep the great videos coming. Cheers.
I get about 6mpg on my VX cruiser. Having a super rack with about 10-11 extra gallons is great. I hate going to the station where they charge over $7/gallon
I’ve got both the 5 gal and the 4 gal, that way I can connect my Linq storage bag on top of my 4 gal fuel container and have my cooler and the 5 gal tank as well for a total of 4 accessories.
@@coleexotics if you are unable to get back on your ski from the side, you can still get on via the rear by stepping over the rack. It’s a lot easier and safer if you have a boarding stepladder on the rear of your ski.
I would put 3 fuel caddy So I can spend more time out on the islands in Mississippi and Alabama Plus I freeze 2 quarts of tea in a camelbak thermos that I mount inside the jet ski With a long hose that comes out near the seat So I can ride and drink at the same time lol time lol
I carry 3 20L Jerry can's I have a 5 gallon plastic fuel can I was thinking about getting a 30L fuel bag for my storage compartment lol I've been looking at little small canoes kayaks has a fuel carrier too and to carry some other gear
we explore all over Lake Powell(not us but what we do ruclips.net/video/mQg3hlilED0/видео.html ) and have the cargo rack system on our 2018 and 2023 RXT-X and use the 4 gal with a 3 gal on top of it to get 7 gal x 2 for a total of 14 plus can add a 3 gal in the middle. We are looking to maybe get the cooler. What cooler will fit in the middle between the gas caddies?

Great info! Thank you for sharing 😁

Love the long ride adventure videos. Haven't needed extra fuel, yet... but you make it look easy.
tq❤
Awesome video! 🤩Thanks for showing us the different types of fuel options! These are all great options! 😁🙌
Thanks girl! Glad you liked the video 😁
You discussed the SeaDoo in detail but skimmed over the Yamaha. Have to say I wish Yamaha had the Linq system.

I would love to join you next time you come to Louisiana. , thanks for the tip in this video !!!!

Would love to see how to fuel while floating on the water.
i use an electric gas can pump
@@terminator8220 That's what I do. Simple
Hey love the vid.
Is it possible to stack the big can on top of the little ones?
So you can carry 6 cans on the rack?
Do you know the difference between the low profile and the cruise rack for a sea doo gti 2021?
Very good info Alvean,Thank you
More miles, more smiles!
Sweet info. Thanks
Great video Alvean ,thank you.
We would love to see one of our racks on the back of that ski. Good review 👍 love watching your content.
We might be able to arrange this. Please feel free to send an email with details to the address in the video description. 😁

With 5 extra gallons my sparks can go like 180 miles round trip.
@Alvean Azurin have you ever been to Lake Austin, TX... Your vids are awesome btw
If I was to ever run from Key West out to Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas, I’d definitely want extra fuel!
Great info like always. Would like a few of your stickers 😂❤
Hey, sorry to be a pain, but I was wondering if you showed the sea-doo scout 130 with the extra rear end.
Great video and information
Im really interested with the 5gal Linq Gas Can.
Thx again for another awesome informative video!
YW. Thank you for watching 😊
love your video and thanks for that headphone video. I made 2.
Thank you!! Another very informative video! I going to get a few of the 5.3 tanks. Do you think 3 will fit on the back on that new seadoo deck?
Yes with the new multi cargo rack.
Awesome Thank you!!
Great video, Thank you 👍👍🙏
I was just looking at that 5gal fuel caddy
I still need to send you the extra pieces to the rack. I have them sitting in my garage 🤦♀️
I’ve got both the 5 gal and the 4 gal, that way I can connect my Linq storage bag on top of my 4 gal fuel container and have my cooler and the 5 gal tank as well for a total of 4 accessories.
Why not carry in the front/nose?
thank you
Nice 🔥
Where at in Louisiana?
how much fuel you need to bring for bahama crossing?
It’s about 68miles each way
You don’t really need to bring extra fuel bc it’s only 55-62miles one way but it’s safer to bring at least one fuel caddy.
with the Yamaha attachment do I have to drill into the jet ski or does it clip in to other parts of the jet ski?
No drilling required. All you have to do is hook it under the rear rub rail and then use a turnbuckle rod that connects to the tow hook.
beautiful thank you!@@AlveanAzurin
sorry one more thing. WIth that attachment is it harder to get back on the ski if you fall off? Thanks!@@AlveanAzurin

Ahoi from Germany,
the 20ltr Gas Can is soon available in Germany. Can you make a Short usage Video of the 20ltr Gas Can?
Greets, Frank
can i stack a fuel caddy on the big 51 l linq cooler
No unfortunately you aren’t able to stack any of the coolers or on top of them.
You forgot about the extended deck that the explorer pro has and can carry even more 😂
I would put 3 fuel caddy

Why not 3 5.5 tanks
I’d go with 3 coolers
Bought a multi rack 🎉
Good buy! 💪😁
I returned it. Most of the skis you have to modify your cooling system not worth it if you have to modify. In your case it’s worth it.
It is a bit of a failure not making the 5g stackable.Pity the link is so pricy😮
Thinking 3 gas tanks!
Hell yeah!🤘I like your style 🤪

I keep hearing that I'll be fine once I know how to trim. W-THEE-H
2 fuel and a cooler for snack as im diabetic so need cooler
Can't drink fuel when you get thirsty.
