Great channel. Remember the record but this is a couple of tads better. A final thank you to the fifth Prep. Big Man piano is deep in my heart and brain. Thank you.
The 4 Prep's were great. Gosh I remember them from when I was young and hearing them sing Santa Catalina. Loved the song. Looking Forward to going to the Island. I'm excited !! ♥️
Awesome imitations, as always. I loved that they threw the BeeGees in a the last. I had never seen this video before and really enjoyed it. I hope someone puts some more up.
Dave Somerville was the original lead singer of the Diamonds. He does a spectacular job on the Little Darlin' parody. Billboard Music Awards, Dec. 11, 1977 - held in Santa Monica, CA.
This is my first time here so bear with me. I recognize Ed Cobb. Dave Somerville and, of course, Bruce Belland in this clip. But who si the other fellow?.

The arranger, whoever it was, did a fantastic job here.
Lincoln Mayorga was the 5th prep. He was the arranger conductor and coach. Those are directly from Bruce belland the horse's mouth

NEVER will these guys be matched.
I've been wanting to hear this for years! I'd heard about it, but never head it until today.

See, the Bee Gees knew what was up. The Four Preps were a huge influence on the Beach Boys, Bee Gees and the rest.
I've never heard this one before. Thanks for posting!
Entertainment doesn't get any better that that!

He is Glen A. Larson.
BTW, the same Glen A. Larson whose name you saw as "Created By" on about a zillion TV shows in the 60's & 70's.
Were any of these guys original members of the original Four Preps?
Three of them.
what happened to chapters 4 and 5?
Glen Larsen
