Love your videos, and they are so helpful for someone like me that probably will be moving there in the near future. Thank you for taking the time to help.
Hi Stan, if living in your community with rent around $300.00 or so, not a smoker or drinker, and like cooking at home, making around $2,050 a month not counting savings, and would arrive with no bills. Would that allow for a good life? I am good at separating wants from needs.
I watch all your videos and appreciate the info on rentals. I plan to move to the Philippines March or April next year and am looking forward to living there. You bear an incredible resemblance to my brother Larry I lost to a murderer way back in 1984. Keep up the good work.
The St Louis Guy, it's good to know, that you are happy there, and adjusting day by day and with this tunes that you created via Artificial Intelligence, is more fun to watch your vlogs, regards from Boston MA!!
Great video Crum. I am preparing the move with my filipina wife of 30+ years from Boston area US for early retirement @ 59. Been to PI once back in 06, lots of changes since! Lipa City is a nice option. I’m glad everything worked out for you & the wife 👍. It’s All about the Journey my Friend ✌🏻🇵🇭
Wow brother, 3 years. Congrats on the anniversary and sharing your experiences. I would say good decision on staying on Luzon and here in Lipa, then going to DUMA. You can always visit! 😁
Great video. As I was listening to you talk I would say that you have a very calming voice. I too am planning to retire and move to the Philippines 🇵🇭. Your insight on things there are very helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Stanley and Jen, I really enjoy your vlogs. I try to watch them as soon as I get notice. I just wanted to let you know I watch your vlogs on RUclips through our Xbox. And you cannot leave a comment on your vlogs on Xbox. So I jumped on my phone today and just wanted to let you know I don't comment as much because of this issue. But I always hit the Like. I look forward to each one of your vlogs. So please keep doing what you do! Still working on our exit plan to get to the Philippines. We will get there soon. ❤
I was born in Lipa City n after 40 + years, it’s time to go back for good. My pension will go a long, long way. I miss my hometown. Thanks for sharing!
I have 3 wonderful kids, in America, so I am not planning to be a full-time retiree in the Philippines... until I can't travel and need a lot of help. Even then, I will need to make a choice, since I have an excellent LTC insurance in the USA. I recommend for expats who can afford to keep a cheap small place in their home country... when needed, also for visits. You can get a very cheap place in your home country.
Well, my friend, from what I've seen on your channel. I think I would love the opportunity to move and retire there. I'm still planning on going g there next year to see how I like it. Unfortunately I can only stay 2 weeks for vacation at a time. But I'm still stoked on coming to check it out. Have 6 more years tell I can retire early. At age of 62.
We moved into our house in Summit Point on 5 Aug 2021. We actually arrived in the PI in the middle of June and stayed at my wife's house in Taguig until our house was done.
Thank you so much for this video...very grateful for the information....looking forward to retiring and moving to Lipa city Lord willing I would love to reach out to you for guidance and possible rental....you both seem to be beautiful souls. God fearing people.Hiw far in advance should I apply for my visa before I depart the USA?

I collect coin and buy silver. Is there any place I can do that there. That you know of. I've been buying silver for a while and going to sale it when I retire for a nice nest egg to move there.

@BennyHurley-x2x That would make for a very comfortable life. You would still be able to save money each month.

I think you could find a place to trade those types of items. Thanks David!
I would like to just sit on the beach. Swim in the ocean, maybe do some fishing . And just Injoy life as a retirey.
Couldn't say it any better!
From Manila what transportation to get to Lipa, Batangas? I will google it , but better coming from expert.
From any of the bus depots along the LRT line you can ride to the SM Lipa for 182 pesos per person. We always go to the Gil Puyat stop. Thanks!
@@stanleyandjenlyncrum7582 Is Clark International Airport closest to Lipa City?
Aquino in Manila is the closest
Thank you and may God continue to bless you and Jen.
More fun in the philippines
Absolutely, thanks for sharing🙂
