Nawaf M, hi. In this video, which you also commented on (thaaaaaanks for that) I state that it cost 200 BRL (but that is from Oct 2015). You get a space for your hammock, full board and water for this price. There is also cabins on the boat which I don't remember the costs (should be around triple the price for a hammock space). There are various boats that take that route, but their departure times and dates cannot be predicted. The best is you go to that hostel I recommended or get in contact with the boat operator itself.
